Es ist ein altes Hotel..., in der Innenstadt. Es ist nahe Apple Store.. , wie 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Gutes Zimmer.. , Ich habe eine Studio King Suite. Keine Probleme mit den Aufzügen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.. (geschmackvolles Omelet). Es gibt einige Beggars, die die Seitenwanden um das Hotel schlafen (wohnen). Ich würde wieder bleiben.. !!

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

Dieses Hotel hat die perfekte Lage. Gute Restaurants (indisch und italienisch) sind ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Target und CVS sind in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen gut gepflegt, modern und sauber. Außerdem ist die Bettwäsche äußerst bequem und die Zimmeraufteilung gut durchdacht. Ich habe den Minikühlschrank, das Bügelbrett und das moderne Bügeleisen sehr geschätzt. Diese kleinen Details haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch das Fitnessstudio war sehr sauber. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

We were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu, die Liftstuhl zwei, die Zimmer sind voller. Ich habe dieses Mal einen persönlichen Zimmer reserviert, der Raum fühlte mich gerade gut und komfortabel. Die Personalservice-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Der Halle ist sehr groß und ist sehr gut für die Übernachtung im Freien geeignet; Frühstück ist viel gewählt

I arrived to quite late to my booking. The front desk staff was courteous and even offered me a cookie when I checked in. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few stains in the carpet, but nothing too bad. The shower was amazing and had two shower head. There were plenty of outlets through out the room for all of my devices including next to the beds. The room also had a little couch coffee table, microwave, and mini fridge which was super nice. They did charge for the bottled water in the room though. I paid extra when I booked my room to have breakfast included, the breakfast was great. Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, Eggs, and Waffles. They also had bagels and some items in the salad bar area but I didnt mess with any of that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint would be related to the parking. There wasnt very many parking spots to begin with and the spots were super small. It made getting in and out of my car very difficult when parked. The hotel was super easy to find and was right off of I-5. However, I will warn you that the entrance is tucked around on the backside.

Das Hotel riecht wie Weihnachtsmorgen wegen der Feuerplätze und der Schüttelfrost, sehr cool Features, die ich nicht anderswo gesehen habe. Sehr schönes Front Desk Personal, Fenster, die offen, Feuerplätze, und trotz einer laufenden Renovierung gab es keine chaotische Banging / Drehung oder Malerei, sie hielten alles sehr professionell. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Marriot-Eigenschaften in diesem Bereich, dieser Residenz, Fairfield und der Hofgarten. Sie alle die gleiche Parkplatz-Parkplatz, es fühlt sich sicher, obwohl Sie einige Lautwagen durchkommen und dieses Hotel ist direkt am Autoausgang, so einige Leute Beschwerden über Autolärm. Ich merkte nicht / denken es so viel. Aus irgendeinem Grund gingen die Nachtraten nach meinem Aufenthalt hier von rund 108 bis jetzt über 170 Dollar vor Steuern. Zum Anfang war es ein erstaunlicher Deal und das beste Residence Inn von weitem. Bei diesem neuen Preis ist es immer noch ein festes, sehr sauberes und professionelles Hotel, aber ich denke, es ist zu teuer im Verhältnis zu den Einrichtungen gepreist.

Ich schreiben, um meine ernste Besorgnis und Enttäuschung über die Handhabung meiner persönlichen Sachen, die im Kühlschrank verbleiben, während meines kürzlichen Aufenthalts im Hotel offiziell zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Wir haben vom 23. bis 24. Dezember in Hilton Portland Downtown geblieben, wo wir Zimmer 416 und 417 besetzten. Auf dem check-out wurde eine vollständige Box von verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamenten versehentlich in einem der Zimmer im Kühlschrank verlassen. Ich möchte sehr deutlich über die Art dieser Punkte sprechen: Die Box war voll und intakt Es enthielt injizierte verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel, klar medizinische in der Natur Die Medikamente wurden im Kühlschrank gelagert, nicht im Zimmer verlassen Diese Artikel waren offensichtlich nicht verschwunden und sind leicht zu identifizieren als medizinische Lieferungen Angesichts dieser Tatsachen halte ich es für äußerst besorgniserregend und unannehmbar, dass Die Objekte wurden offenbar abgeworfen oder misshandelt, und Es wurde kein Versuch unternommen, mich zu kontaktieren, um zu bestätigen, ob diese medizinischen kritischen Gegenstände gehalten werden sollten. Zumindest würde ich erwarten, dass die Hotelpersonal anerkennen, dass Kühlmittel zur Injektion nicht in den Mülleimer gefüllt sind und dass solche Gegenstände vor der Beseitigung mit dem Gast überprüft werden müssen. Dass dies nicht geschieht, ist ein schwerwiegender Mangel an Pflege und Verantwortung, insbesondere angesichts der medizinischen Bedeutung dieser Arzneimittel. Diese Medikamente sind für die Bewältigung chronischer Gesundheitszustände unerlässlich, und ihr Verlust hat zu erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten und Unannehmlichkeiten geführt. Diese Situation konnte und sollte mit einem einfachen Telefonanruf vermieden werden.

The ladies working the front desk in the mornings are absolute angels. I can't say enough nice things about them. I don't know if they're the owners of the place but they are the most kind, considerate, mindful, down to earth beings I've met in a very long time. The staff are always so very kind, motherly, considerate and concise. I stay here often since i work on the bridge nearby and I've always had an enjoyable, relaxing, carefree, and unobstructed stay here. Clean rooms, hallways, amenities. I've never had anything to complain about whatsoever. I've said it once before that everybody there deserves a raise because they are an absolute dream team by the way they make the entire hotel run so efficiently and effectively, and go out of their ways every time to make sure my stay is always a breeze. Thank you all so much for everything. Keep up the good work, and keep your heads up high, always.
