Das Hotel ist schön dekoriert. Ein- und Auschecken war schnell. Es gibt eine Terrasse, um auf dem 6. Stock abkühlen zu können. Auf dem 7. Stock ist ein freundliches Fitness-Studio und Spa verfügbar. Aufzug ist vom 1. bis 6. Stock zugänglich. Das Zimmer ist schön mit Kühlschrank. Eisen und Eisenbahnbrett können angefordert werden. Einfaches Frühstück. Es könnte besser mit verschiedenen Variante pro Tag geschmackvoll sein. Zusätzliches Wasser kann bei 50 Rupies pro Flasche geladen werden. Wir blieben im 2. Stock und am 2. Tag wurde der Hütte ein Hühner gefunden. Danke, wir konnten es fangen.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

Good Location, Some Service Issues The hotel has a great location, only a short walk from the Thamel area, so we didn’t need to take a taxi to explore the surroundings. However, our room was very cold during our stay because the heating system was under maintenance. We called reception, and they kindly provided extra blankets, but it was still inconvenient. Temperatures at night and early morning were around 4–12°C, so we felt cold throughout our stay. We also experienced issues with the laundry service. The first laundry was fine, although we needed to call twice to have it delivered to our room. The second laundry was problematic. We were told it was completed and would be delivered soon, but even 20 minutes before checkout, it hadn’t arrived. When we asked again at reception, they informed us the laundry actually hadn’t been done due to a mistake. In the end, they offered to finish it and deliver it to our next hotel and waived all laundry charges, which we appreciated. On a positive note, breakfast was nice, and they had a good rotation of menu options each day. Overall, the location and breakfast were great, but the heating issue and laundry miscommunication affected our experience.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the service, as well as the food is excellent. The rooms however, are very old and small (we were able to change rooms after bringing this up with reception). The location is in Thamel and getting to nearby attractions is convenient

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

Für eine Nachtszene auf dem Bad-Mubarak-Platz, buchen Sie das Hotel ausdrücklich. Der Verkehr ist bequem und kann auf dem Bad-Mubarak-Platz zu Fuß gehen. Hoteleinrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind zufriedenstellend.

This is the last hotel I stayed during my first business trip in Nepal. It is clean and service very nice, the room is well cleaned and towels and bathroom vs beds blankets all are highly standard clean . I feel comfortable here and happy . 13th floor have a nice place to have dinner . Happy to eat food of China type . Fruits are good and fresh . Top floor 15th also beautiful scenery. Very deserve to come and highly recommended. I admire the manager Shristi Manandhar, she is really an amazing manger for the hotel. We like her. Care about customer feeling and focus on improving hotel experience. Good job

Location is amazing in Thamel, super easy to walk around for food and many things Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful And there is a cocktail coupon every day Only breakfast was too late because my schedule to leave at 9 am but it was ready at 8.30 am and two days in a row. Overall it is very nice hotel to stay when you go to Kathmandu

Der Standort ist nicht weit vom Flughafen und dem Durbar Square entfernt und die Taxifahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Die sanitären Bedingungen sind sehr durchschnittlich. Keine hohen Erwartungen. Die Kellner sprechen Englisch und sind ziemlich enthusiastisch~

Wir hatten einen der besten erfahrenen Aufenthalt in einem Hotel hier in Mystic Mountain. Sie haben wirklich gute Einrichtungen und das gesamte Personal war sehr bequem und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns immer versucht, zu helfen. Das Essen war erstaunlich, einschließlich Frühstück zum Abendessen. Vielen Dank für einen großen Aufenthalt!!
