Ich habe einen frühen Eincheck .. Danke. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Wir hatten Abendessen, Frühstück und Mittagessen. Das Essen war großartig, wir genossen es wirklich. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Wir werden zurückkommen.

Das beste Hotel in Kok ist leider etwas von der Stadtzentrum entfernt, über 3 km zum Bahnhof, und es ist nicht sehr bequem, Bus zu fahren. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß und die Einrichtungen des Zimmers sind komplett. Der Service des Hotels ist sehr gut, kann schnell reagieren und es wurde auch eine Verlängerung beim Rechnungsabschluss gemacht. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist eine Form von Mahlzeiten und Selbsthilfe, aber die Art der Selbsthilfe ist sehr begrenzt, aber der Geschmack des Mahlzeiten ist sehr gut.

The hotel was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be better. Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.

Es war eine Anlage draußen, was es nicht war, wenn man das Fenster öffnete, aber es war gut zu leben. Wäre dieses Hotel sicher noch einmal reserviert, wenn ich wieder in die Nähe komme!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und die Einrichtungen sind sehr alt. Aber das Hotel hat eine Geschichte und Geschichte. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Rezeption-Service-Personal hat eine freundliche Haltung.

All round very good hotel. Staff very good and pleasant. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend the Hotel to friends.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück war lecker. Wir hatten auch Abendessen mit Freunden und Familie im Sophie Restaurant, das von allen genossen wurde!

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.
