When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

Had a fantastic stay at Historia Royal! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was the rooftop swimming pool—it has an amazing view of the city. The staff were polite and quick to help, and the food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the Indian dishes). Great location and value for money in Udaipur. Highly recommended!

Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia & India 🇮🇳 Jaipur, GM Mr Surya took excellent care of me and my wife with all of my requests. He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.

Sehr gut ~ Absolut günstig, um ein so gutes Schlosshotel zu genießen ~ Sehr groß ~ Ich ging in den Garten und pflanzte verschiedene Blumen und züchtete einen Pfau, und die Bücher, die ich in meinem Kopf las, kamen mir in den Sinn. Der abgebildete Garten Eden sollte so aussehen ~ Wir lebten zwei Tage in Jaisalmer. Am ersten Tag zelteten wir in der Wüste. Das Hotel, in dem wir am zweiten Tag übernachtet haben, war absolut beruhigend und entspannend. Es gab viele kulturelle Relikte mit Aufführungen und Atmosphäre. Es ist auch sehr gut ~ Du kannst abends die Sterne im Schloss sehen ~ Wenn du das nächste Mal deine Eltern mitbringen willst ~

Das Hotel ist nahezu der Eisenbahnstatus im Herzen von Jaipur gelegen. und das Hotel kann den Fahrer für einen Tag Reisen bieten, ist aber etwas teuer als Buchung außerhalb.
Die Hotelreinigung und Service sind mäßig, nicht gut und nicht schlecht.

IilovetravelyeahhWe absolutely loved our stay at Leela Palace Jaipur! The staff are so amazing. The grounds and mountains right next door are pretty and it's just a first-rate place to stay for sure! Beautiful place! Great quality of everything and great standards for Westerners. The other '5 star' hotels we stayed in in Jaipur weren't up to Western standards of 5 star in hygiene and other little things but the Leela Palace certainly is, and I'd rate it even more than a typical 5 star hotel in the Western world. This is more of a palace retreat, also, not just a hotel. We have excellent memories there and I'm still wearing my Leela slippers at home in Australia now hehe, because it reminds me of the beautiful time I had there and the beautiful staff who made things more than excellent for us and really made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend. I do have a tip - go in a 'Grand Villa'. The Palace suite (what it says I stayed in), is gorgeous but the villas are even better and not that much difference in price. We stayed 2 nights at Leela Palace Jaipur and experienced both room types. The photos online on the Leela website are accurate.
We ate at the buffet restaurant, Sukh Mahal. It was nice. The food was hygienic, fancy, and we didn't get sick at all (we did at another 5 star hotel).
It's a fair drive from the city of Jaipur, but I think you'll find that you actually love that. jaipur city area is so hectic and loud with horns and just a bit unpleasant to be in, if you're in culture shock. The Leela Palace is further out and is such a nice break from Jaipur city area. It's perfectly away in the mountain areas. The air is fresher and it's pretty with the mountains. I totally recommend. I also recommend taking the hotel's car, as they actually have seatbelts in all seats and air con and just fancy. We took an Uber to the Leela Palace and that was a huge mistake. Pay the extra for the hotel car! Most of the cars we were in in Jaipur had no seatbelt in the back middle seat, and two other cars didn't have seatbelts in the back at all. Just trust us. Just make sure they take you to the right airport. The driver was great but dropped us off at domestic terminal, which is 3km or so from the international one, and you have to take an Uber to get from each, so please make sure they understand which one (I thought it would be one airport).

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hat unser Zimmer auf einen geräumigeren aufgebaut. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Hotel hatte auch einen ergänzenden hochwertigen Tee, der erstaunlich war. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen, aber die Lage ist ein bisschen weit von der Stadt entfernt, so dass es kostspielig um Touristenpunkte geht.

GGastnutzerWe chose Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur specifically to celebrate our anniversary, but the experience turned out to be disappointing.
Before arrival, we had written via email requesting a complimentary upgrade (only if possible) and shared that it was our anniversary. The hotel assured us that they would do their best, mentioning that they would decorate the room and arrange a cake. However, upon arrival, there was nothing prepared. Later in the evening, a staff member came and asked when we would be going out so that they could decorate the room. We adjusted our plans and gave them time, hoping it would make the occasion special for my wife and child. Unfortunately, even after that, no proper arrangement was done and there was no cake as promised in the email.
The location is quite far from the main city, making it less convenient. The property also did not feel very photogenic as expected.
Food quality was average with limited variety. During breakfast, the restaurant staff was largely inattentive — no one checked on us or asked if our child needed anything. The only exception was Mr. Gulshan and one female staff member who were helpful during dinner.
Before this, we stayed for three days at Trident Udaipur, where the service and food quality were excellent, which made this experience feel even more disappointing in comparison.
Overall, we chose Taj to make our anniversary special, but it did not meet expectations associated with the Taj brand.

Normales Abendessenbuffet war so. Ich würde vorschlagen, mehr nicht indische Optionen zu haben (wir mögen indisches Essen, aber das Gewürz in ihm kann zu viel sein, wenn Sie in Indien für eine lange Zeit reisen ...).

Vorteile: in der Nähe des Sees, mit eigenem Hof, relativ sicher, man kann den Seeblick sehen
Nachteile: Der Service ist an der Oberfläche sehr gut. Es ist sehr schön. Es kann nicht am Boden ausgeführt werden. Auf dem Bett sind ungewaschene Blutflecken und Xiaoqiang krabbelt. Als ich den ersten Raum betrat, stellte ich fest, dass das Licht kaputt war und ständig blinkte, und auch der Schalter war defekt. Der Besucher hielt seinen Atem nicht an, kommunizierte dreimal und wechselte den Raum. Ich war sehr begeistert, mit dem Gepäck zu helfen, aber der Körpergeruch im zweiten Zimmer war offensichtlich. Ich öffnete das Fenster und das Lüften dauerte lange.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich gereinigt und ersetzt habe, fehlten mir Dinge. Ich musste es anrufen, aber es würde bald geliefert werden.
Das Original-Mineralwasser im Hotel ist eine rosa Marke namens Java. Es wird empfohlen, es nicht zu trinken. Wenn es gekocht wird, ist es voller hängender Schuppen. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn Sie es draußen kaufen.
Schauen Sie am letzten Tag vorbei. Es ist 11 Uhr, wenn die Reservierung vorgenommen wird. Die telefonische Erinnerung des Hotels ist 10:30 Uhr und die Verspätung beträgt bis 11:30 Uhr. Die Haltung ist eher unverblümt.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious.
You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour.
The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them.
A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.
