Das Resorthotel hat eine tolle Naturlandschaft und einen Frühstücksbereich im Freien. Ich habe auch Herrn Squirrel getroffen, der keine Angst vor Menschen hat, aber das Frühstück ist wirklich durchschnittlich, hauptsächlich zum Einwickeln des Bauches. Das gesamte Hotel verfügt über einen großen gefliesten Bereich und es ist nicht einfach, nach einem Rundgang ein Zimmer zu finden. Das Zimmer riecht stark muffig und die Ausstattung ist relativ alt. In der Hotelbar gibt es nachts einen Sänger ist ziemlich energiegeladen und daher nicht für Reisende geeignet, die Ruhe mögen. Kurz gesagt: Für chinesische Touristen bietet dieses Hotel ein durchschnittliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

If you're looking to explore San Jose, or have a basecamp for exploring the rest of Costa Rica, this hotel offers a great central location, situated right in the middle of San José. Good for walking to restaurants or shops in the city, or joining one of the several sight-seeing excursions which can be easily arranged by the hotel. The rooms are nice, though the decor is a bit dated. The common areas are also well designed for lounging while reading a book or getting to know your fellow travelers staying on the same floor. The breakfast buffet was fairly common for a hotel offering breakfast in Costa Rica, but good, and the area also doubles as a bar at night. Other amenities include a gym with free weights and a couple machines, along with two saunas, one dry and one steam.

Schöne Umgebung und Personal, derzeit werden Bauarbeiten hinter sich, also nicht friedlich, da sie um 630 / 7 Uhr morgens mit dem Hämmern und Arbeiten beginnen, ansonsten ist es immer eine Freude, hier zu sein! Ich kehre immer wieder zurück!

Great location right in the middle of everything you need. Breakfast in the morning was decent, but nothing fancy. The Staff was amazing at every step.

The city view was the best part, we got picked up from the hotel for a day tour. Tour guide said we’re in the new buildings area but it’s still unsafe at night so don’t go walking around, but the hotel itself was five to ten minutes from everything else, in the day we did walk around and felt safe, the park is right next to it which was nice to see and of course the stadium, cleanliness and guest services were great accommodating, we had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and it had great views but service was slow and food was only okay, could’ve/should’ve eaten somewhere else, the best part was the pool on the highest floor, the top four floors were apartments, but the pool is on the highest of their floor, the jacuzzi wasn’t warmed and they warmed us that it wasn’t, but the pool itself was nice to swim in, stayed there for a little over an hour before going to dinner, would definitely go book again

Good points, room very nice and clean. Bar and pool staff very good. Dinner OK. Amenities also good. Not so good, receptionists abrupt and unwelcoming, we were told to see the bell man to organise a lift to the airport and he just left us standing at his desk organising about 10 suitcases and then walked off to deliver them to various rooms. We went for breakfast at 05.00 as it says on room information and was told when checking out it opens at 05.30. We had a flight to catch and make our own way to the airport so no breakfast.

Volle Ausstattung, Fitnessraum Druckraum, Restaurant ist praktisch. Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass Sie in einem Deluxe-Zimmer übernachten, aber das Zimmer hat keinen Balkon, wie in der Einleitung erwähnt, und es gibt keine Fenster, die zum Lüften geöffnet werden können. Die Beleuchtung und Belüftung sind schlecht und die Beleuchtung ist durchschnittlich.
