We frequently stay at this hotel when visiting Kampot, but this time, the experience was a bit disappointing. The building shakes whenever a container truck passes by, which can be quite unsettling. Additionally, the service felt average—there was no welcome drink as we had received in the past. While the hotel still offers decent accommodation, the overall experience wasn’t as enjoyable as before. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.

Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Comfort: The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. Staff Service: The staff were friendly and attentive. Location: The hotel was right on the river and just a short drive from the city center, making it perfect for both relaxation and sightseeing. Hotel Environments: The best greenery and big space and feeling so fresh.

The area is currently experiencing significant noise pollution due to nearby music and ongoing entertainment, which affects the overall environment. Additionally, the breakfast offered was unsatisfactory, lacking visual appeal and flavor, with bland taste and poorly presented dishes. Therefore, targeted improvements should be implemented in both noise mitigation strategies and the quality and presentation of breakfast offerings to enhance guest experience.

It's fine, kettle in room. Nice to sit beside the river. Just expect something rustic, tiny, with no privacy, and our bungalow often had no WiFi signal, but others did. The staff said they'd fix the WiFi but no one ever did anything.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable. Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space. Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains. Small pool on the ground floor. Good value for money

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Service sehr gut, das Zimmer wurde auch gereinigt, allerdings war ich beim Einchecken enttäuscht. Ich verstehe, dass die Check-in-Regeln ab 12:00 Uhr gelten. Wir kommen früher an und möchten einchecken, aber das Personal lässt uns das nicht zu, obwohl das Zimmer nicht in Betrieb war. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Hotels würden sie dem Buchenden ermöglichen, früher einzuchecken, wenn kein Kunde in Anspruch genommen oder nicht bedient wird. Ich hoffe, der Eigentümer hat Verständnis für diesen Fall, da wir manchmal erschöpft sind und damit rechnen, früher einzuchecken. Aber trotzdem liebe ich immer noch den Service und das Zimmer.

Such an amazing stay. Rooms and resort are even better than the photos online. You truly get a “resort” feel here. Facilities are brand new and everything is extremely clean. Hotel is only 8 minutes to town and there are tuktuks ready to take you. Can not recommend this hotel enough for someone looking for a relaxing and upscale Kampot stay for a reasonable price. You will not regret staying here, it’s straight out of the movies. The free kayaks are a wonderful touch to the resort.
