Das Hotel ist eines der ersten fünf Sternenplätze in Surat. So hat es Geschichte. Es zeigt sich in wenigen Orten, aber nicht mehr als erwartet mit einem Eigentum dieses Alters. Service war extrem gut und aufmerksam. Insgesamt, ein guter Ort, um in Surat zu bleiben.

From the moment I arrived, there warm welcome set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether it was accommodating special requests or providing recommendations, The staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly exceptional.

Die Erfahrung war im Allgemeinen noch nicht schlecht. Die Front-Desk-Personal versuchte, ihr möglichst viel Hilfe während des Aufenthalts zu sein. Ich hatte eine WiFi-Frage, sie sogar enden entschieden, mir einen individuellen Anrufrouter zu geben. Was für einen wunderbaren Service. 10/10 für das Aber es gibt jedoch viele Dinge, die unorganisieren ... wenige der Teepause Mitarbeiter und Mittagessen Mitarbeiter scheinen clueless zu tun ... Niemand ist bereit, zu dienen und sie hatten keine Ahnung, was zu tun, wenn ein Gast etwas bestellen wollte. Es ist nur ein Komplimentar Tee - breakkkkk .... Zimmer weise und Einrichtungen war es ganz ok. Zimmer ist angemessen sauber ... Zimmer ist auch gut ausgestattet. Sie werden jetzt noch renoviert, hoffentlich wird es nur besser von hier. Das Frühstück war angemessen und mit guter Dosa-Qualität. Würde das Chef 9/10 Rating geben. Insgesamt noch ein ziemlich angenehmes Aufenthalt. wird überlegen, wieder zu kommen, wenn ich da bin
