We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu. The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony. The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

Es war die perfekte Zeit, die wir in Grand Mercure Lampung verbrachten. 5 Zimmer für Familienversammlung reserviert. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, und die Zimmertemperatur ist einfach zu ändern Mein Zimmer ist über das Blickfeld auf den Ozean und die Hügel Am Morgen kann ich die Leute auf Autofreiheitstage laufen sehen. Ich bin so glücklich , weil ich so weit von Jakarta fahren und müde geworden und er erlaubte mir, in der Nähe der Lobby zu parken, das ist viel. Danke für Ihr Verständnis. Somewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.  Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.  The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

Der gestrige Urlaub in Lampung war sehr angenehm, da wir nicht nur verschiedene Orte besuchen konnten, sondern auch im Novotel Hotel übernachtet haben. Der Ort ist nicht weit von der Stadt und den Touristenattraktionen entfernt, die wir besuchen wollten. Der Service ist freundlich, das Essen lecker und die Zimmer sauber. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wieder hier übernachten.

Grand Elty Krakatoa ist ein total verstecktes Geschirr, das eine unglaubliche Stranderfahrung für nur 630k IDR pro Nacht bietet. Mein Aufenthalt war ein fantastisches ”gutes Deal”, weil der Preis bereits ein leckeres Frühstück und ein Zimmer mit einem beeindruckend sauberen, frisch geurten, und mit einem privaten Balkon mit erstaunlicher direkter Aussicht auf den Ozean. Das Resort bietet einen exklusiven Zugang zu einem privaten Strandbereich, der für Aktivitäten perfekt ist, aber bedenken Sie, es ist ein gebratener Korallenstrand, nicht feinem Sand, so dass es mehr über die dramatischen Ansichten und Küstenvibes geht. Trotz der Besichtigung während einer besuchten Urlaubszeit, wo die Mitarbeiter ein wenig überwältigt scheinen, blieb der Service freundlich und untergebracht, so dass die Gesamterfahrung fühlt sich schwach. Zum Preis, Komfort und diesen unschlagbaren Morgenblick, Ich bin dabei, diesen Aufenthalt fest zu 4.5/5 zu geben

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint. We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us. Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food. Breakfast was great as well.
