Wir haben das Executive-Zimmer gebucht und sind mehr als zufrieden mit unserer Wahl! Von Anfang an haben uns Lintangs herzliche Gastfreundschaft und ihr exzellenter Service nachhaltig beeindruckt. Sie erlaubte uns freundlicherweise, früher einzuchecken, nachdem sie bemerkt hatte, wie müde wir vom Flug waren, und gab uns sogar ein Zimmer mit der besten Aussicht! Das Frühstück war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts und bot eine Fülle köstlicher lokaler Gerichte. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, lokale Köstlichkeiten statt der üblichen internationalen Gerichte genießen zu können, was unser Erlebnis noch besonderer machte. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und komfortabel und bot den perfekten Rückzugsort nach unseren Abenteuern. Insgesamt hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein tolles Erlebnis sucht!

Wir kamen spät abends an und der Check-in verlief sehr freundlich und schnell. Konnte sich mit dem Gast unterhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, allerdings war das Waschbecken in der Toilette verstopft. Feedback an die Rezeption, arrangieren Sie, dass der Techniker innerhalb einer akzeptablen Zeit von 10-15 Minuten kommt. Das Geräusch des Wasserhahns von nebenan war mitten in der Nacht etwas unangenehm, sonst hätten wir eine ruhige Nacht haben können.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Cleanliness was good. There are plenty of USB ports (about six in total), including an international power plug conveniently located next to the bed, with the rest being local plugs. The only issue I encountered was the low water pressure in the shower. It would be great if the hotel could improve this.

”The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to all the popular landmarks. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay!”

Frühstück ist nicht ein Buffet nach der Bestellung, ein wenig enttäuschend, weil das Menü nur gebraten Reis ist. Insgesamt ist es ziemlich gut zu diesem Preis

Wir checkten einen Tag vor dem Erdbeben in Indonesien ein. Eigentlich hatten wir zwei Nächte gebucht, aber aus Sorge vor Nachbeben stornierten wir die zweite Nacht. Die Rezeption hatte uns ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass bei einer Stornierung vor 18 Uhr die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises erstattet würde. Doch als wir über Trip.com mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnahmen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Rückerstattung möglich sei. Ein unseriöses Hotel! Die Lage ist zwar ganz gut, aber die Hoteleinrichtungen sind veraltet und der Schallschutz ist miserabel. Da es im belebten Viertel Tunjungan liegt, konnte man auch mitten in der Nacht Motorradgeräusche deutlich hören.

Das Hotelzimmer war ein wenig dunkel. Es wäre besser, wenn es heller wäre. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt, und die Lage neben dem Einkaufszentrum war sehr bequem. Anregt, eine komplimentäre Mineralwasserflasche als Glasflasche im Zimmer zu haben.
