Hotels mit Frühstück in Jawa Timur, Indonesien

Ich war in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber das ist es, von dem ich bisher am meisten beeindruckt bin! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die Qualität des Zimmers und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sind unglaublich! Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen, wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Surabaya bin!

1. Room Comfort & Design The rooms blend minimalist elegance with modern amenities, offering features like a 32” LED TV, in-room safe, desk, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and premium bedding. Bathroom amenities include a bidet, shampoo, slippers, hair dryer (upon request), walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries—ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. 2. Location & Facilities Situated strategically on Jl. Diponegoro No. 215 in Wonokromo, it’s close to major attractions like Korea Park, Thor Square, Ciputra World Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, and BG Junction. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Wir checkten einen Tag vor dem Erdbeben in Indonesien ein. Eigentlich hatten wir zwei Nächte gebucht, aber aus Sorge vor Nachbeben stornierten wir die zweite Nacht. Die Rezeption hatte uns ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass bei einer Stornierung vor 18 Uhr die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises erstattet würde. Doch als wir über Trip.com mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnahmen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Rückerstattung möglich sei. Ein unseriöses Hotel! Die Lage ist zwar ganz gut, aber die Hoteleinrichtungen sind veraltet und der Schallschutz ist miserabel. Da es im belebten Viertel Tunjungan liegt, konnte man auch mitten in der Nacht Motorradgeräusche deutlich hören.

”Das Hotel war in einer fantastischen Lage, in der Nähe aller beliebten Landschaften. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und schönen Aussichten vom Balkon. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und effizient, und das Frühstück war lecker mit vielen frischen Optionen. Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen und entspannenden Aufenthalt!”

Es hat im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt, allerdings weiß ich nicht ob irgendwo ein swimmingpool war den ich sonst Benutzung hatte wenn ich nicht durch ein Plaster daran gehindert gewesen wäre.. Sehr freundlichen Personal mit außreichend Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Leider war auch zuviel Wasser I'm Toilettenkadten der auch nach zwei Reparaturen immer noch überlief. Das bei einem sonst sehr reichhaltig Frühstück der Cappucino extra kostet muss nicht sein. Aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Der freundliche Service und kostenloses Parken des Scooters auch für Gäste war schon gut.

Recently opened hotel located within reachable distance to popular places such as Tunjungan Plaza! Excellent service from the staff and decent breakfast as well. During our stay, the pool, gym and some other parts of hotel are still under development so they weren’t usable. Great view from the higher up floor rooms. It is a great hotel overall. However, not a foreigner friendly hotel yet because of the staff’s limited communication ability in English.

Dieses Hotel ist für Harris’ Niveau ziemlich günstig. Es gibt Pool, Fitnessraum und Kinderspielplatz. Das Zimmer ist nicht so geräumig, sondern sehr komfortabel für zwei Personen. Ich bat um Eisen und sie haben es sehr schnell in mein Zimmer geliefert. Sie könnten besser für das Restaurant, Aufzug, und das Toilette keine Bidet Dusche also ein wenig kämpfen für Kinder (Ich hatte ein Gäste mit Kindern kommen).

Ausstattung: sehr gut, das Hotel ist noch neu, Hygiene: sauber und ordentlich, gute Umgebung, Service: Super gut. Im Vergleich zur heimischen Fünf-Sterne-Welt sehr guter Service. Frühstück: sehr gut, viele Variationen, vvvnsjjsjsk
