We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene. Staff & Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities & Atmosphere: The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing! Other Notes: The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place. Food: The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall Value: The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I am a professional dancer and every year there is a major competition held in Bournemouth, and to be honest, Hilton is one of the most closest hotels to the place of competition, which was the main reason to stay there. But, as last year, as this year, the stay didn’t leave a good impression. Last year my Gucci T-shirt was stolen by the housekeepers (it was lying in my suitcase) and the hotel didn’t compensate it in any way. This year, while doing the check-out, the lady at the reception wanted to charge extra money from me. I had breakfasts included, but she told me the opposite was showing in her screen. When I asked her to show her screen, she refused, saying that “oh it’s a mistake, sorry”. Then she said that I have other things to pay and I couldn’t understand what, as we never ate at the hotel during the day, didn’t use mini bar (which wasn’t even filled up), didn’t use spa, basically nothing. She was trying to find out what shall I pay for about 10 minutes. When I told her I’m late to the airport, she said everything is fine and I can go.  These situations with payments and money completely ruined everything and my opinion about the hotel. I won’t come back for sure. About the food: there is basically nothing to eat. Sausages, bacon, eggs, harshbrowns, beans and some vegetables which look green.  Service: cleaning may be way better. We had plenty of trash in our room such as bottles, cans, empty bags which have been with us for the whole week of our stay and were never thrown away. The first few days the towels were changed, while after that they weren’t even lifted up from the floor. I was staying with my friend and we occasionally ordered food. I have asked at the reception for two forks four times, but I was totally ignored. On the 5th time, when I was screaming, they finally brought the forks. Same with glasses: I’ve asked for 4 glasses, but have never seen them)) The overall feeling of the stay is absolutely negative, as it’s basically just a place for sleep without any good services. For the money it costs it’s absolutely not worth it.

Das Einchecken dauerte lange, obwohl es zu der Zeit, als wir eincheckten, bereits 17 Uhr war. Und das Einchecken sollte eigentlich um 15 Uhr beginnen. Der Pool ist klein und wird nicht gepflegt. Kein Kissenbezug, als wir in unserem Zimmer ankamen.

Erstaunlicher Aufenthalt im Hotel Celebrity. Bei der Nähe der Szenenblicke bietet es große und geräumige Zimmer. Ich habe im Zimmer Nr. 246 geblieben und das Zimmer war ziemlich geräumig und sauber zusammen mit einem privaten Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und auf jeden Kundenfragen aufmerksam. Frühstück enthält Bacon und andere vegetarische Optionen, aber es gab nur eine Schale für Bacon sowie die vegetarischen Optionen, die zu Kreuzkontamination führen können, und für jemand wie mich, der nicht Bacon essen, war es ein Versuchsbruch. Wenn man jedoch eine separate Liege behält, um eine Kreuzkontamination zu vermeiden, dann wäre es noch wunderbarer gewesen. Insgesamt ist der Aufenthalt und die Ortschaft schön und auch die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Würde das Hotel Celebrity sehr empfehlen, alle, die bereit sind, nach Bournemouth zu reisen, für einen Urlaub oder eine Freizeit.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Das beste Lage. Altes Modehotel. . Wir besuchten das Hotel am 24,25,26 von Dezember und Spa-Gym wurde geschlossen. Kein kostenfreier Parkplatz. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 5 Minuten von Walk entfernt. ( Zentralpark) 7 £ täglich Großes Restaurant, Bar und Lounge. Große Sitzungsräume Buffet Frühstück 12,5 pp Mittagessen oder Abendessen 25 £ pp. Vollrempfehlung

Ich hatte eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und unterstützend sie mir auch 15 Minuten Extra zulassen, da ich etwas spät war, um sich von der Frage mit Waschbecken zu prüfen, da sie es sofort reparieren. Ich empfehle diesen Ort.

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.
