I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, sodass man überall bequem hinkommt. Abgesehen davon, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war alles andere wirklich gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut und das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das sich sehr gut für Familien eignet.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, auch das Zimmer war neu und angenehm. Nur das Fenster zu den Gleisen war nachts laut. Da halfen auch die guten Fenster nicht. Sehr gut war, dass die Zimmer mit Türcode zu öffnen waren. Das war sehr praktisch und man bekommt keine Karte oder Schlüssel.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

Das Hotel ist neu und hat eine gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und unten gibt es REWE. Das Zimmer war am ersten Tag, an dem ich eincheckte, sehr sauber. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer die nächsten zwei Tage nicht gereinigt und der Mülleimer war voll. Ich sagte der Rezeption, dass es keine Körperlotion im Zimmer gäbe, aber zwei Flaschen Duschgel, aber sie kamen nicht, um es zu ersetzen.

Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

Sehr chaotisch, Personal weiß untereinander nicht die korrekten Abläufe…trotz dreitägiger Buchung wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Immer wieder Entschuldigungen und danach wurde ich wieder aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Beim Frühstück 4mal von unterschiedlichem Personal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Sauberkeit Badraum befriedigend. Garagenreservierung eine Katastrophe…Einlasskarte funktioniert …soll 25,00 € bezahlen für reservierten Parkplatz, der letztendlich dann besetzt ist und trotz Einlasskarte soll man klingeln, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird. Rundum der Aufenthalt war mangelhaft…zuguterletzt musste ich abends an der Bar von mehreren Gästen Beschwerden anhören, das letztlich meine Erfahrung nachhaltig bestätigte!

Wenn wir dieses Hotel einen Überblick über 10/5 geben könnten, würden wir. Wir blieben für eine verlängerte Zeit (16 Tage) und während dieser Zeit erlebten wir den besten und freundlichsten Service. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich. Die Auswahl war schrecklich. Und jeden Morgen wurden wir von der angenehmen und glücklichen Mitarbeiter begrüßt. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte mir, sie liebte ihren Job. Wer will nicht in einem Hotel bleiben, wo die Mitarbeiter lieben Arbeit? Mehrere Tage war meine Mutter, die mit mir reiste, krank und das Personal machte es mir so einfach, ihr Frühstück im Zimmer zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war erschreckend. Wir beantragten das zugängliche Zimmer und waren nicht enttäuscht. Obwohl Ettlingen nicht der freundlichste Radsitz war, hatte Stadthotel Engel alle Zugänglichkeitsbedürfnisse angesprochen. Der Fronteingang hat keine Treppen. Sie haben einen Aufzug, der auf dem Frühstücksraum anhält. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war rattschlaffreundlich mit einem aufgehobenen Toilette, voll zugängliche Dusche und Vanität, die einen rattschlaf unterhalb halten könnte. Wir hatten keinen Rollstuhl, aber meine Mutter hat einen Spaziergang, der viele der gleichen Unterkünfte erfordert. Das Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sich um das Sorgen machen. Die Lage ist erstaunlich. Von dem Hotel sind Sie direkt in der alten Stadt und können zu vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants gehen. Der Eingang des Hotels befindet sich in einem Innenhof, wo es Tische, die während des schönen Wetters genießen können.

Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, es ist extrem umständlich, heißes oder warmes Wasser zu haben, da man jedes Mal nach unten gehen muss, um es zu holen. Mein Kollege wohnt im Hotel Austria in der Nähe (drei Sterne und günstigere Zimmerpreise) und hatte sogar einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
