The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Dieser Ort ist einfach erstaunlich. Mein Freund und ich beschlossen, hier für die ersten beiden Nächte in Kolumbien zu bleiben und wir konnten nicht glücklicher mit unserer Entscheidung gewesen sein. Wir blieben in der afrikanischen Suite - das Zimmer war sauber, schön dekoriert und hatte so viel Charme. Das Bett war komfortabel und alle Ausstattung waren so angekündigt. Aber das ist nur der Spitze des Eisbergs. Das Personal hier ist wirklich das, was eine Sternbewertung verdient. Wir kamen spät und sogar vor unserer Ankunft hatte der Besitzer Marcus uns unverzüglich mit Informationen über die Eincheckung geantwortet. Als wir da waren - Franc (François) wartete auf uns und gab uns eine schnelle und gedankevolle Tour der BnB und war so freundlich und informativ mit jeder und jeder Frage, die wir hatten. Er machte die Reise für uns. So ein wunderbares Mensch. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir ein erstaunliches Frühstück, das perfekt gekocht und von ihren Wohnsitzern auf den Räumlichkeiten gegrüßt wurde - so ein hübscher Lil-Typ, sowie Marcus, der genauso willkommen und nett war wie er am Telefon. Als wir verließen, arbeitete Roman und stellte uns mit einem Cab bis zum Busbahnhof auf und war ebenso freundlich und hilfreich. Ich konnte weiter gehen - aber nur einen Gefallen machen und buchen Sie diese BnB. Ich werde das nächste Mal zurück nach Cartagena gehen - und jederzeit danach.

The hotel has a magnificent view and modern rooms. That's probably all. Service is 3 stars maybe- check-in takes an incredible amount of time. At first, they’d put something into the computer for about 10 minutes, then they told us to come back for the key after 3pm(check-in time). When we got back, we had to stand for another 5 minutes, they were doing something and printing again. This is not counting the amount of time spent in the queue. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but does not provide a bathrobe/slippers. And the shaving kit in the room turned out to be for extra pay, which we found out during check out. By the way, we were able to find slippers. Apparently at the local spa. They don't give out towels for the beach - only for the pool. They tried to come to us with cleaning at 7 a.m. or 9 p.m., the aspiration itself is commendable, but the time is surprising . Breakfast is not bad at all. There is no beach of its own, only a public one. The food in the poolside restaurant is not bad, but the service needs to be improved. We forgot to pack food with us and they didn't even apologise and didn't offer any compliment. The rest was just as expected

Ich war @ Santuario viel länger als geplant wegen eines gesundheitlichen Problems. Also, ich hatte die Zeit, nicht nur das Hostel selbst, die große Vibe und Atmosphäre, die fantastischen Betten, wo Sie genug Platz haben (!) plus eine ungewöhnliche Gesamtprivatität, wie Sie ein Mini-Zimmer in einem Zimmer haben, zu schätzen, Aber besonders die Menschen: das Personal ist groß und sorgt wirklich für den Gast, während ich krank war, hatte ich eine Familie wie Überwachung, vor allem Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (Reinigung & Küche) und Jose (Wartung) Ich habe mich nie vermisst, mich zu unterstützen und wirklich interessiert zu fragen, wie ich mich gefühlt habe, ihr Bestes zu tun, um zu helfen. In einem schwierigen Moment war ich an der richtigen Stelle, danke ihnen! Eines, was mich störte, war die Luftkonditionierung: OK es war nur am Abend und in der Nacht, ganz üblich, das Problem war ein Mensch, das Gefühl, kalt genug war, um den Luftkonditionierung für alle zu schließen ... und es war heiß dann ... Ich liebe das Einfrieren, Ok, aber ein richtiges Gleichgewicht wäre das Beste, was darauf hindeutet, wer kalt ist, ein T-Shirt zu tragen, sollte arbeiten, und andere werden nicht schwitzen ;-)

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut. Sauber und sauber. Der Pool ist wirklich schön, um am Abend Fotos zu machen. Da die Kinder gerne schwimmen, haben sie dieses Hotel gewählt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es lobenswert. Es ist außer dem Frühstück allgemein sehr lobenswert.

So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

Alle Zimmer versehen einen zentralen Hof, der schön ist, aber nicht praktisch ist, da die Leute immer durchlaufen, so dass Sie das Fenster nicht offen lassen können, weil Sie keine Privatsphäre bekommen. Der Gärten ist nicht ein Gärten, sondern ein rollendes Blind, also entweder geschlossen oder geöffnet. Mein Zimmer ist auf dem Boden, wo das Restaurant ist. Es kann besser auf den anderen Etagen sein. So nur künstliches Licht. Es gibt auch kein Arbeitstisch im Zimmer. Andernfalls ist das Zimmer angemessen und sauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut mit Kaffee, Saft einigen Früchten und einem Omelett. Der Ort ist sicher und die Rezeption müssen Sie öffnen, um in und aus zu gehen. Lage weise ist es ziemlich gut sowie es ist innerhalb der Wand, aber nicht, wo Touristen werden aushängen. Sehr sicher Check-in genau um 3 Uhr, auch wenn das Zimmer verfügbar ist 😅

Das ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, und vielleicht ist es das Beste, was ich jemals gehabt habe. Der Kundenservice ist unverschämt, buchstäblich, sobald wir in den Taxi angekommen war ein Mitarbeiter da war, um unsere Taschen zu nehmen und uns zu helfen auf den Desk, und das Frühstück wird schön gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und geräumig, das Dach ist erstaunlich und ein schönes Gebiet zu entspannen, und es gibt sogar komfortable Außenseite vor dem Hotel, so dass Sie die Welt durchschauen können. Mein einziger Feedback wäre, eine Kettle in den Zimmern zu haben, da es schön gewesen wäre, einen heißen Drink ohne zu gehen in die Lobby. Jedoch ist der Kaffee angeboten lecker, und das Personal ist immer da, um zu helfen. Danke für den magischen Aufenthalt.
