Unser Hotel Hong Kong Inn war ein einziger Nachtaufenthalt, das Zimmer war sauber und es kommt mit grundlegenden Toiletten wie Seife und Shampoo. Sie bieten 2 Flaschen von 500ml Mineralwasserflasche als Komplimentar. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Amritsar Bahnhof und ist auch relativ nahe dem goldenen Tempel. Das Essen hier war gut, das wir durch Zimmerservice bestellt hatten. Sie haben auch kostenfreies WLAN. Das Bett und das Zimmer waren auch sauber. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aufzug und das Personal hier war hilfreich und freundlich. Insgesamt ein gutes Angebot.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Sehr spezielles und sauberes Hotel! Essen ist lecker für Frühstücksstunden. Spa-Optionen sind großartig. Nach einer langen Expedition in den Himalayan-Bergen war dieses Hotel ein Glück für meinen Körper 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Das Hotel hatte seine Pros und Kons. Obwohl das Essen lecker war und das Zimmer sauber war, wurde die Lage durch eine nahegelegene Dränagefrage geprägt. Das Zimmer Innen- und Dachpool waren großartig, aber Vogelnest verursachte Störungen. Trotzdem war das Frühstücksbuffet nett, was für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt macht.

The location of the hotel is nice, staff were nice . But just upset that we left the hotel for a day but our room wasnt clean at all ( no dnd sign in the room) Amenities were nice have lotion, shampoo, shower gel all were dove brand .But dont have dental kits shaver and other basic necessities.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

It was a very very pleasant day. All of the staff is very courteous and they look after their guest so well, especially at the front desk, miss bharti sharma and ms jaswinder. Restaurant staff was also very courteous. They took care of the guest so well in the breakfast time.

Die Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung in Indien entspricht fast der Drei-Sterne-Bewertung in China, ist jedoch in Indien akzeptabler.

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was great and the location is also good. But the worst parts are:- 1. Pool timings are limited. 2. You will get towel and other essential kits only after asking. 3. They do not provide any type of crockery or disposable if you order from outside. 4. They reception staff was too poor and uncooperative. 5. Atleast they should provide some couple of Bowls or anything.
