The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service. If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price. A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Chattogram and while the room itself was truly impressive—spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel's architecture and interior design are definitely its strong points. However, the service did not live up to the Radisson brand. Throughout our stay, staff were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding with, “We don’t have this,” or “You can do it yourself.” This was particularly disappointing when it came to basic requests like airport transfer. For such a large hotel, having so few cars available is simply inadequate and quite frustrating for guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. It was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve encountered in all my hotel stays—limited variety, poorly executed dishes, and an overall lack of attention to quality. It was far from what one would expect from a hotel of this stature. Radisson Blu Chattogram has the potential to offer a world-class experience, but right now, it feels more like Radisson Black. There's serious room for improvement, especially in staff training and food & beverage offerings.

Das lokale vier-Sterne-Hotel ist sehr gut für Jiadao. Schließlich sind die Einrichtungen hier relativ neu, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Zimmer auf der Straße liegt, zu scharf ist, das andere Zimmer kann den Fluss sehen oder das Meer kann die Sonne sehen.

This hotel is the luxury one in Cox's bazar, the staffs are great, the room is clean and very comfortable. The hotel locates in the good location. You can also call for picking up van for free. The breakfast are delicious.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Hotel, das nur bessere Bettwäsche braucht, da man sich klar einiges an der Schleife und den Blättern weht und schlägt. Die Rezeption war besonders während der Ein- und Auscheckzeiten etwas überwältigt. Das Haus- und Sicherheitspersonal ist jedoch so freundlich, immer grüßig, lächelnd und proaktiv. Das Dach-Restaurant ist auch sehr angenehm.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber etwas weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Frühstück ist gut und schmeckt. Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel. Die Dinge sind hilfreich und einfach zu kommunizieren.
