I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby. However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair. Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed. During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid. Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with. However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount. Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning. The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt im Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! Das Personal war alles sehr nett. Die meisten Hotels in diesem Bereich und Preisbereich hatten keinen Pool oder Spa, so das Schwimmbad fühlte sich wie ein Bonus! Es war sauber, und sehr angenehm. Der Start sie bieten war erstaunlich! Es war ein ganzes Abendessen im Hotelpreis enthalten! PLUS 3 Erwachsene Getränke pro Erwachsenen Aufenthalt! Sie waren klassische Getränke, denken Kranberry Wodka und Whisky und Koks. Das Frühstück war auch lecker! Es hatte viel mehr zu bieten als nur das normale kontinentale Frühstück im Hotel. Das Essensbereich war super sauber und pünktlich gepflegt. Wir gingen 5 Minuten zum House of Blues für ein Konzert. Der Spaziergang war ziemlich straight vor dem Stadtzentrum! Das Hotel selbst war ziemlich sauber. Es ist ein bisschen aus dem Datum (keine USB-Ausgänge, die Blei ist offensichtlich alt, und drainiert ein bisschen langsam, kleine Fernsehgeräte, alte Teppich) aber es hat nicht wirklich von seinem alten einzigartigen Charme mit all dem Marmor und Licht entfernt. Die Betten und Kissen waren super komfortabel! Mein Sohn erwähnte, er wünschte, er hätte ein gemütliches Handtuch gebracht, bc ihre sind ziemlich dünn. Wir würden sicher in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn wir in der Gegend sind! Wir werden auch in verschiedenen Dürre-Orten auf Reisen aufpassen!

Außer der Lage verdient nichts anderes das Wort Renaissance. Hygiene: schmutzig und schlecht Zimmer: klein Gebühr: Teuer

Mein Lieblingshotel und die Flügel von Vinny sind die besten! Die Betten sind wie in einer Wolke zu schlafen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Fenster blicken direkt auf den Eriesee, was großartig ist Ausstattung: Komplett und durchdacht, aber das Wasser im Waschbecken läuft sehr langsam Hygiene: Sauber! Umgebung: wunderschön Service: Herzlicher Service, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, großartig!

Das Hotel ist auch veraltet, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, aber die allgemeine Umgebung ist allgemein, als Reise-Unterkunft ist es gut, die geografische Lage ist bequem, der Urlaub wird nicht empfohlen, und der Preis ist nicht hoch.

Gute Lage mit ruhigen Umgebung trotz nahezu großer Straße. Sehr nahe zu vielen Outlets in Rookwood Gemeinden und Pavillon. Sehr komfortabel Betten. Stärke Internetanbindung. Großer TV mit vielen Kanälen. Großes und sauberes Badezimmer. Ich habe es glücklich gemacht, hier zu bleiben. Besonders muss von einem hervorragenden jungen Personal namens Mike erwähnt werden. Zunächst konnte er meine Reservierung nicht finden, obwohl ich eine bestätigte Reservierungsnummer hatte. Es war später entschieden, mich die Liste der Gäste an diesem Tag zu sehen. Ich erkannte, dass mein Name Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Liste der Gäste stand und später erkannte, dass ich die Buchung unter dem Namen meines Kollegen versehentlich gemacht habe, ohne es zu bemerken. Dank dieser Lösung konnten wir uns ohne eine neue Buchung anmelden und den Verlust der trip.com Buchung zu tragen. Er half mir auch, den Buchungsnamen anstelle meiner zu ändern. Ein großer Kudos zu Mike, um unsere Geschäftsreise vor einer Katastrophe zu retten!!
