Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier für eine Hochzeit 15 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und jederzeit zu Hause. Der einzige Kommentar, den ich gerne machen möchte, ist, dass wir Zimmer 9 erhalten haben, das als zugängliches Zimmer (die wir nicht benötigten) beschrieben wurde, aber es war völlig unpassend, so zugänglich wie die Dusche (die im Bad war) wäre für einen Rollstuhlfahrer oder jemand anderes mit Schwierigkeiten zu bewegen, der nicht in die Lage gewesen wäre, in das Bad zu steigen, um es zu benutzen, völlig ungeschickt gewesen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

The spa is closed until the end of the year 2026 however it's a nice quiet location. The rooms are a good size, bathroom was clean and spacious shower. Really enjoyed it and will book again.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Hotel is located in downtown.. just 2 mins from the train station. Large room and clean. All staffs are friendly.

It was a nice comfortable room and stay. Cost effective with breakfast. Systems were down so checking was delayed and held us up. Room was too far for my sister to walk as she suffered with a leg injury and found it difficult to walk to and from the room. Accessibility was not considered despite noting it on the booking so she couldn't have the desired shower room as expected. Could be because of the system issue. The room was spacious and nice, hall a little bland, hall carpet a little tarnished possibly due to footballers and co footfall as it's connected to the stadium so perfect for footballers and families at match time. Entrance clean and inviting. There are 2 floors ,no lift so this must be considered if you cannot walk far. Lobby and breakfast hall was clean, and buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. FYi- my uncle received complimentary benefits for the long check in issues and delays. My sister and I didn't although it would have been nice too, since we waited long also. Overall it was nice but and I would stay again.

Schönes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der Stadt. Die Umgebung ist schöner als im Zentrum. Zimmer ist auch groß, einfaches Frühstück aber gut genug.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, in Ascott ist sehr populär, es gibt 703 Busbahnhöfe, Uber ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer liegt an der Straße, die Straße ist auf der Straße, es kann Tag zu Fahrzeugen kommen, einige Stimmen. Die Nacht ist immer noch sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer gibt es im Grunde, der Sonderradio ist sehr wunderschön, ich fühle mich an der britischen FM

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Das Hotel liegt etwa 7 Minuten vom nächsten Lesestation entfernt. Es ist in der Nähe von Oxford und Bicester Dorf und wenn Sie einen Besuch in diesen Orten planen, wert zu bleiben. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Essensmöglichkeiten und es gibt einen Tesco Express, der unseren Aufenthalt bequem macht. Es gibt nur 1 Punkt, das Hotel ist ohne Aufzug, wenn Sie große Gepäck haben, und Sie müssen es selbst ins Zimmer bringen.

Kettle war voll Staub. Keine Seife oder Handwasch geliefert und bei Anfrage nicht geliefert. auch tote Fliegen rund um das Essensbereich Fenster und Stühle. Unser Zimmer oben auf dem Essensbereich mit Bayfenster war ständig geräuschlos mit Türen öffnen und schließen und Artikel bewegt sich in und aus. Auch an der Vordertür-Korridor-Tür ist stets geräuschlich mit Türöffnung/Schließung führt zu anderen Zimmern mit anderen Personen, die in und aus den Untergeschossen zu den Einrichtungen und der Rezeption. Esspersonal war angenehmen und Frühstück war schön.
