In den Bergen Selber fahren ist bequemer! Niemand, sehr ruhig. Es liegt etwa eine halbe Autostunde vom Santa Elderly Village entfernt. Fahrt in den Wald beim Hotel. In der Einsamkeit liegt eine gewisse Schönheit! ! Es ist auch mysteriös … Auch Rehe gibt es im Hotel! Schade, dass ich dieses Mal kein Polarlicht gesehen habe.

Der Service an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings lief der Abfluss der Badewanne etwas langsam ab. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, der leckeres und günstiges Lachssushi anbietet.

Günstige Lage zum Flughafen, Santa Clause Village. Im Resort gibt es viele schöne Hotels und Aktivitäten. Ich liebe das Zimmer, das wir hatten. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber das Beste ist der Service, das Restaurant und die Aktivitäten! Ich genieße meine Zeit hier sehr, besonders das Zimmer!

We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. Le logement est très mal situé, en bord de route, ce qui empêche de bien dormir. Le lieu a des lumières qui clignotent jusqu’à 3 heures du matin, ce qui empêche d’observer les étoiles ou de regarder les aurores boréales. Si vous souhaitez rattraper votre sommeil le matin, oubliez cette idée ! Les Husky aboient des 8 heures du matin. La salle d’eau est toute petite, l’accès à l’eau chaude est de 15 minutes (puis eau froide pendant 30 minutes) et pour bénéficier d’un sauna (dans un autre endroit) il faut payer environ 100 euros. J’ai payé 10 euros de plus pour avoir un lit bébé alors que le prix du lieu est déjà clairement très surcôté ! Le restaurant n’est pas très bon et les gens qui se sont enregistrés à la réception ou sont sur le départ traversent en plein milieu créant un courant d’air horrible. J’ai du quémander du lait chaud lors du petit déjeuner (qui n’est pas proposé). Par ailleurs, les boissons sont en plus et ce même en demi-pension. La chambre est clairement trop petite pour deux adultes et un enfant (+ un bébé). Les activités sont hors de prix. Nous avions séjourné à plusieurs endroits et pris une nuit seulement dans ce logement et heureusement !! Un rapport qualité prix qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur.

Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist recht vollständig. Die Lobby ist geräumig und hell und bietet einen komfortablen Sitzbereich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, checkt schnell ein und versorgt uns mit lokalen Reiseinformationen, sodass wir unsere Reiseroute klarer planen können. Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, war sauber und komfortabel, mit moderner Einrichtung und sehr weichen Betten. Das Zimmer ist mit kostenfreiem WLAN, einer Minibar und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist hochwertig und die Warmwasserversorgung ausreichend. Insgesamt schneidet das Hotel hinsichtlich Service, Ausstattung und Lage gut ab und ist eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunftswahl.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel Werkzeug für den Gepäcktransport zur Verfügung stellen kann. Zwei 23-kg-Koffer durch den Schnee zu ziehen, ist eine Herausforderung. Obwohl ich weiß, dass es einen solchen Gepäcklieferdienst gibt, bin ich sehr früh abgereist und es gibt keinen solchen. Nachts gibt es eine Drohnenshow, die vom Zimmer aus gesehen werden kann, was ein Ausgleich dafür ist, dass man das Polarlicht nicht sehen kann. Die Qualität des Frühstücks und Abendessens ist sehr gut, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück und das Abendessen ist von hoher Qualität. Ich fand einen versteckten Massagepool im Freien, der großartig war. Der Kellner antwortete nicht, als ich ihn fragte, nachdem ich zwei Tage lang in einem Zimmer daneben geblieben war Ich habe festgestellt, dass es benutzt wurde, als ich ging. Es war super bequem.

Der Service hier ist ziemlich gut, das Personal im Geschmack gibt Ihnen nützliche Ratschläge, wenn Sie fragen, Zimmer ist wirklich wunderschön, bekommen eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ein Badezimmer und ein Saunazimmer. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut, es gibt mehrere Restaurants umgeben, die zu essen sind. Das Frühstück ist auch gut.
