Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Hotel-Rezeption-Dienstler ist sehr enthusiastisch und bringt uns persönlich ins Zimmer! Das Frühstück ist sehr groß! Es gibt auch einen willkommenen Aufenthalt! Es lohnt sich, empfohlen zu werden

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ensana Nové Lázně sehr genossen und hatten insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön und besitzt viel historischen Charme. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Spa-Bereich, wobei die alten Römischen Bäder ein echtes Highlight und ein ganz besonderes Merkmal des Hotels sind. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass wir das Wasser in den Pools ziemlich kalt fanden. Es wäre viel entspannender gewesen, wenn die Wassertemperatur etwas wärmer gewesen wäre. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, komfortabel und, was am wichtigsten ist, sehr ruhig, was wir wirklich zu schätzen wussten. Das Frühstück war gut, mit einer reichhaltigen und vielfältigen Auswahl. Ein Aspekt, den wir etwas enttäuschend fanden, war die Sitzordnung. Die Gäste bekamen einen Tisch zugewiesen, anstatt sich aussuchen zu können, wo sie sitzen möchten. Als wir fragten, ob wir an einem ruhigeren Tisch am Rand sitzen könnten, anstatt mitten im Raum, führte dies leider zu einer ziemlich langen Diskussion, bevor uns schließlich erlaubt wurde, umzuziehen. Etwas mehr Flexibilität in dieser Hinsicht würde das Frühstückserlebnis angenehmer machen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und mochten das Hotel sehr. Die wunderschöne historische Umgebung, die Römischen Bäder und unser ruhiges und komfortables Zimmer waren besondere Highlights. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Wassertemperatur und der Flexibilität beim Frühstück, könnte das Erlebnis noch besser sein.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

Insgesamt war das Hotel in jeder Hinsicht exzellent. Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Service und Lage waren hervorragend. Unser erster Besuch im Restaurant war jedoch enttäuschend. Obwohl wir reserviert hatten, bestand die Gastgeberin darauf, uns am letzten Tisch zu platzieren, mit der Begründung, alle anderen Tische seien reserviert und bereits von anderen Gästen besetzt. Nachdem wir diesen Tisch abgelehnt hatten, willigte sie schließlich ein, uns an einem etwas besseren Platz unterzubringen. Überraschenderweise blieb das Restaurant nach unserem Abendessen weitgehend leer, was die ursprüngliche Begründung unverständlich machte und uns ein unangenehmes Gefühl gab. Die Interaktion wirkte abweisend und leider diskriminierend. Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall war alles andere im Hotel wirklich exzellent.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

It was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us. The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice). Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.

Very nice, well maintained hotel near the colonnade in Karlovy Vary. Pros: large room, parking available in front of the hotel, great breakfast Cons: staff who speak Czech poorly (Russian speaking), even though it is a spa hotel, we were not advised to go to the Spa because it was very crowded. If we want to go to the private spa, we have to pay an extra 100 euros! That is impossible! 🙈

Great location, luxury spacious room design, delicious and various breakfast with friendly receptionists and reasonable price. They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.
