The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a Casino hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

Ich wollte bleiben, aber ich konnte nicht aufgrund der Annullierung meiner Reise bleiben. Ich möchte sicherlich nächstes Mal bleiben. Wenn Sie nach Emerald Hoch suchen, werden Sie wissen, dass es eine gute Unterkunft ist.

Das Front-Desk-Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen. Das Restaurant auf der Website ist wirklich ein verstecktes Gem, sowohl das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgezeichnet. Das einzige Problem, das ich getroffen habe, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war ziemlich laut, so dass ich es vor dem Bett ausschaltet, um besser ein Bett zu bekommen. Ich aber erwachte früh am Morgen, um zu finden, dass es sich wieder aufgeschaltet hatte und die Raumtemperatur auf 18°C, was unkomfortabel kalt war. Ich erwähnte das beim Check-out an den Front Desk und der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich ehrlich und versichert mir, dass sie es ansehen würden. Ich schätze, wie die Situation behandelt wurde. Und das andere ist das Zimmer ist etwas überpreist.

Die Personal sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der ganze Prozess zum Ein und aus checken war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top! Auto sowie Fahrrad Vermietung ist einfach nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut und bis auf 23 Uhr verfügbar und auch fürs Essen im Zimmer. Ich bin das erste Mal in Vancouver, dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

We had a great stay at the Four Points. It was a last minute booking as a previous hotel had fallen through. Staff were so kind and attentive and really helped us get what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the microwave and fridge were great touches. We were near a lift which was quite noisy throughout the night. And for the price of the rooms I think it should include breakfast to compensate for having such a tiny swimming pool. Otherwise a great stay in good location. I’d definitely recommend.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

Good service and comfortable, price is so reasonable, breakfast was good as well overall we are satisfied for our short trip!

Große Haltestelle von Vancouver bis Jasper. Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich. Nahe an Restaurants. Sehr schöne Lage. Es hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass Parkplatz kein Problem ist. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.
