It’s nice and clean. The front desk was friendly and even offered me a cookie. That’s quite nice surprise. Drove from kohler town and this was neared to Chicago airport and very convenient. I only found out there’s a huge Japanese mall 3 min and u can get great Japanese food.

Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkten (Trader Joe’s) und Restaurants. Es war sehr praktisch, mit meiner älteren Mutter zu reisen. Ich habe mich größtenteils sicher gefühlt, bis auf die letzte Nacht, als es gegen 3 Uhr morgens draußen etwas laut wurde. Es gab eine Schlägerei. Während meines viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde mein Zimmer aus irgendeinem Grund nicht gereinigt, aber ich bekam auf Anfrage schnell Wasser, Handtücher usw. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

Excellent day everything was picture. Perfect love their rooftop bar. Staff is very friendly. I would stay here again without hesitation. The price point was phenomenal.

The hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.

MMianqiuweibaDas Hotel befindet sich im Loop-Bereich und der Sicherheitskoeffizient ist relativ hoch.
Die geografische Lage ist hervorragend, nahe dem Chicago-Fluss, das Segelschiff ist sehr bequem. Zu allen Attraktionen ist es sehr bequem, ob es sich um einen Kilometer oder um ein Millennium Park handelt, das Chicago Kunstmuseum kann zu Fuß gehen.
Der Hotelservice ist noch verfügbar, es gibt keine eigene Waschbecken, aber es kann auf der Rezeption gefordert werden.
Es muss daran erinnert werden, dass man beim Auswahl des Zimmers das Zimmer ohne Frühstück wählen sollte. Die sogenannte Frühstücksblockade ist ein $20-Gutschein für Sie, zum ersten Stock des Restaurants essen, aber $20 kann nicht ein gutes Frühstück essen und muss auch eine kleine Gebühr zahlen. Der Schlüssel ist: Eine Zimmer ohne Frühstück kann fast ohne frühzeitige und nicht frühzeitige Differenz reserviert werden. Die Erklärung des Hotels ist: Der frühzeitige Preis ist, dass der Kunde die Reservierung jederzeit abbrechen kann, bevor er sich aufhält, und nur Ihnen das Recht gibt, die Reservierung abzubrechen. Dies ist der einzige unerfreuliche Aufenthalt, der fünf Nächte verbrachte, um fast 6000 Yuan für dieses Frühstück zu kaufen. Die Lösung von Trip.com bietet zwar eine Tasse Wasser, aber es ist wichtig, in der Außenwelt zu gehen und zu schlafen. Hoffentlich wird Trip.com in Zukunft die Bedingungen in der Produktdetails schreiben und Kommentare helfen ～

LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

GGastnutzerSearched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.

KKaylaGreat location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...

TTkyuIch war in diesem Hotel für eine Konferenz, so dass meine Notwendigkeit ziemlich minimal ist. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel in einer großen Lage, die leicht zugänglich ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist ziemlich einfach, ich denke für diesen Preis, obwohl der Service ein wenig besser sein sollte. Mein Zimmer hat ein paar Gelegenheiten, dass Tee und Kaffee nicht nach Reinigung und Seife auch nicht oben war. Das Badezimmer ist etwas gefärbt, aber es ist gereinigt. Wifi - es gab mehrere Male, dass es ein wenig langsam war.
Wenn ich auch auf der Grundlage des Preises ranking zu bekommen, würde ich sagen über dem Durchschnitt
