Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Aber es gibt keine Umgebung, es gibt nur ein Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, das Hotel Restaurant hat Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz ist $18. Flughafentransfer kostenlos, eine halbe Stunde. Einfaches Aufenthalt in der Nacht ist nicht problematisch.

My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

Jedes Mal, wenn meine Freunde nach Atlanta fahren, bestellen Sie dieses Hotel bitte. Es gibt kostenloses Frühstück. Die Art und Weise ist sehr reichhaltig und die Lage ist sehr bequem und der Ausstieg ist sehr bequem.

I was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

GGastnutzerThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

LLorena CSchöne Hotel-Ferienwohnung, über dem Bahnhof Civic Center mit Untergrundparkplatz. Sehr guter Service vom Front Desk Personal. Ein schöner Raum mit Farbbereich im Lobby, Restaurant sind Vorläufer der Wohnung: volles Küchenzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, zwei Fernseher, Balkon und Schlafzimmer, eine Art klassischer Marriott-Stil. Aber anders als Marriott gab es keine Handtücher, Badewanne, Slips oder Toiletten, außer Seife und Dusche.
Die Restaurantstunden auf dem Schlüssel sind falsch. Das Restaurant schließt um 930pm, obwohl der Vordertisch nur gesagt hat, die Küche schließt um 945pm. Jedoch führte die Mischung nach oben zu keinem unserer Interaktionen mit dem rezidierenden Restaurants Personal für den Zimmerservice. Das Restaurant nimmt auch eine tägliche Siesta, obwohl der Schlüssel nur Wochenende sagt. Die 12 lassen nicht Door Dash in die Wohnung kommen, nur die Lobby. Allerdings werden 12 Mitarbeiter, wenn jemand verfügbar ist, geliefert; sonst müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen.
Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerThe restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

GGastnutzerDas einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass die Türverriegelung nicht richtig funktionierte, also hatten wir nur einen Schlüssel. Der Manager hat mehrere Male Schlüssel gewechselt und keine von ihnen funktionierte. Es war ein Wochenende im Urlaub, so dass sie nicht in der Lage waren, den Locksmith zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Der Service war gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksmahl war ok. Kalte Getreide, Bananen, Saft, Kaffee, Toast, Bagels, gepulverte und Schokolade-Donuts, Muffins. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles, außer der Schlüssel, funktionierte richtig. Ich habe meine Einlage in bar gezahlt und konnte sie bei der Scheckauszahlung zurückholen. Wir haben Familie in der Gegend und reisen mit unserem kleinen Hund. Wir planen hier wieder zu bleiben. Sehr vernünftig bezahlt.

GGuest UserSchönes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer. Hall war immer ein Mist, aber das ist wahrscheinlich auf dem gleichen Stock wie das Konferenzzentrum. Pool war eine Art Mist, es sah aus wie mehrere Tage wert regelmäßigen Abfall, der in einem Außenpool fallen. Es gab keine Heißräder, die die Website angekündigt und ich war wirklich auf sie aussehe. Ich weiß auch nicht, warum ich $5 zu Selbstparken in der $35/day Parkgarage zahlen muss. Ruf es einfach $40.
