Hotels mit Spa in Georgia, Vereinigte Staaten

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

I was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

Schöne Hotel-Ferienwohnung, über dem Bahnhof Civic Center mit Untergrundparkplatz. Sehr guter Service vom Front Desk Personal. Ein schöner Raum mit Farbbereich im Lobby, Restaurant sind Vorläufer der Wohnung: volles Küchenzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, zwei Fernseher, Balkon und Schlafzimmer, eine Art klassischer Marriott-Stil. Aber anders als Marriott gab es keine Handtücher, Badewanne, Slips oder Toiletten, außer Seife und Dusche. Die Restaurantstunden auf dem Schlüssel sind falsch. Das Restaurant schließt um 930pm, obwohl der Vordertisch nur gesagt hat, die Küche schließt um 945pm. Jedoch führte die Mischung nach oben zu keinem unserer Interaktionen mit dem rezidierenden Restaurants Personal für den Zimmerservice. Das Restaurant nimmt auch eine tägliche Siesta, obwohl der Schlüssel nur Wochenende sagt. Die 12 lassen nicht Door Dash in die Wohnung kommen, nur die Lobby. Allerdings werden 12 Mitarbeiter, wenn jemand verfügbar ist, geliefert; sonst müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Verwaltung ein bisschen unzufrieden ist. Sie hat unsere Kreditkarten willkürlich gepflegt. Die Kosten sind immer noch nicht klar. Durch die Unkommunikativität des Trip.com-Administrators wird jetzt endlich mehr Gelder bescheinigt. Es gibt noch keine Rückzahlung, und ich hoffe, dass alles gut ist.

Lots of potential, very hit or miss on service. Property is pretty solid, nice room, clean. There were multiple restaurants, golf courses, a spa and coffee shop on site. Not to mention the tasting room is very nice for Georgia. A couple of really big misses: 1) Versailles is forgettable - avoid if possible. 2) Cafe opened very late on Sunday - maybe 9am due to staff no-show presumably. Overall, the food at the pub and Versailles were average Sysco at best. Marc was fantastic but how many meals are you going to drop $200 a head on? If going back, I’d hit Marc and the Spa restaurant - that was actually a gem. Didn’t get to play golf but my guess is that the two full courses are nice. The par 3 was nice enough based on what I saw on a short walk. Overall, this place has everything needed to be great - seems to suffer from mediocre management.

The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass die Türverriegelung nicht richtig funktionierte, also hatten wir nur einen Schlüssel. Der Manager hat mehrere Male Schlüssel gewechselt und keine von ihnen funktionierte. Es war ein Wochenende im Urlaub, so dass sie nicht in der Lage waren, den Locksmith zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Der Service war gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksmahl war ok. Kalte Getreide, Bananen, Saft, Kaffee, Toast, Bagels, gepulverte und Schokolade-Donuts, Muffins. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles, außer der Schlüssel, funktionierte richtig. Ich habe meine Einlage in bar gezahlt und konnte sie bei der Scheckauszahlung zurückholen. Wir haben Familie in der Gegend und reisen mit unserem kleinen Hund. Wir planen hier wieder zu bleiben. Sehr vernünftig bezahlt.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Liebe den Aufzugsstand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es ist einfach, Ihr Fahrzeug von der Valet selbst wenn Sie zurückkehren. Obwohl, ich schlage Waymo vor. Diese Dinge sind überall und die Lage des Hotels ist zentraler für alles, was mit den Kunsten zu tun hat. Das High Museum, das Fox Theatre und das Shakespeare Tavern Theatre müssen sich während Sie dort sehen. Und vergiss nicht, Frühstück im Hotel zu bekommen. Es ist lecker! Wir hatten eine sehr kurze Nacht Ruhe für unseren Anschlussflug aus Atlanta, nur etwa 6 Stunden, Wir buchen in diesem Hotel, weil es nahe dem Lenox-Station und die Umgebung als sicher in Atlanta gilt. Wir können vom Bahnhof zum Hotel mit Gepäck am Abend und am frühen Morgen zurück zum Bahnhof gehen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit voller Ausstattung. Wir mieten in der Regel ein Auto, wenn wir mehr Tage in Atlanta besuchen. Wenn das Hotel kostenfreie Parkplätze für die Hotelgäste anbieten kann, wählen wir dieses Hotel wieder.
