We loved staying here. Half price for the pool, the apartment was large and the location was excellent. We had a camper van and it was stress-free to park it. Thank you DeBretts, would definitely come back again.

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

Es gab ein großes Zimmer mit einem großen Bett, und das Hauptsache war ein Pool mit Mineralwasser direkt im Zimmer. Das Innenraum ist spezifischer, aber alles ist sauber.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr geeignet für den Hausgebäude, das Einzelbettzimmer ist sehr ruhig schlafen. Das schönste ist, dass das Zimmer einen kleinen Hof hat, der außerhalb zum Frühstück sitzen kann, um Sonnenaufgang zu sehen, um das Meer zu sehen, es gibt viele Meervögel, die vor ihren Augen fliegen, gehen Sie rauchen kann und das warme Wasser berühren kann, das Zimmer kann auch intuitiv rauchen

This hotel/motel did surprise me with it's space, cleanliness, big bathroom, a basin at coffee area which is helpful. Restaurants are nearby with walking distance. Will definitely recommend to friends

The owner so kind help to upgreat our Booking，therefore my kids have individual room for good sleeping，the hotel beside of the lake，nice view from balance. They really happy with warm water pool during the winter night，the other side of the road have a pizza club，delicious in taste

It is an excellent cottage and a bonus for the night that you could see the star. But you need to drive out for dinner.

La instalación del hotel y la habitación estan muy bien. Tambien la piscina spa. El.pueblo, en julio, no tiene nada atractivo, pero como sitio base para hacer tongariro y otras excursiones esta bien

The room we stayed in (3 bedroom townhouse) was part of an old motel next door that was acquired and integrated into Quality Inn Acapulco. Its very old and dated, much of the facilities are ran to their life end. That said, the motel is clean and convenient.
