JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

GGastnutzerEs war ein großartiges Erlebnis. Das Zimmer bietet einen traumhaften Meerblick, ein wahrgewordener Traum. Und man ist in nur etwa 10 Minuten vom Hotel am Meer.
Auch das Onsen hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Die Shuttlebusse sind sehr praktisch – sie fahren regelmäßig und müssen nicht im Voraus gebucht werden.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Der Gesamteindruck ist wunderbar.

GGastnutzerWe had a truly wonderful stay at Ittouan. The experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again.
We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough!
The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely.
Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family.
一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。
到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。
夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。
立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。
お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。
スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist wirklich großartig. Wenn Sie zwei Tage lang im Gotemba Outlet einkaufen möchten, ist dieses Hotel definitiv die beste Wahl. Es hat eine wunderschöne Umgebung und Sie können den Berg Fuji sehen.
Vom Parkplatz P4 des Outlets gelangen Sie mit dem Aufzug in die 6. Etage und Sie finden das Hotel. Wir sind mit dem Taxi von JR Gotemba für 4 Kilometer gefahren und es kostete 1.700 Yen (alle 15 Minuten fährt auch der Outlet-Shuttlebus von und nach JR Gotemba). , aber es war so früh, als wir ankamen. Zu dunkel, um es zu finden.
Einkaufen + Shoppen, zu Fuß zum und vom Hotel und Outlet ist wirklich mühelos
Das Hotel ist außerdem großzügig mit Yukata ausgestattet. Ich frühstückte um neun Uhr. Es kam vor, dass die Japaner an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Feiertagen lange anstehen mussten, um das Essen zu holen und schnell auszuchecken
Der Check-in am ersten Tag war nach drei Uhr. Die Check-in-Zeit war sehr lang. Wir checkten erst gegen vier Uhr ein
Ich hatte keine Zeit, in einem der drei Thermalbecken zu baden🙄🙄
Der Essbereich ist wie ein Konzertsaal und das Badehaus mit Blick auf das Meer ist schwer zu beschreiben. Wenn Sie zwei Tage bleiben, ist es nicht empfehlenswert, hier zu buchen.

KKen911TTA nice hotel with excellent hotel staff. Hotel room is quite large for Japanese standards. Rooms are clean and quiet. Hotel is about 5 or so minutes walk from the train station. I was able to lug around two large luggages to and from the station and hotel. Not to far of a walk.
Would stay with again, but they were fully booked. Oh well, next time i will spend a little longer in Shizuoka.

GGastnutzerI didnt stay at this hotels. Had some urgent things. But my family enjoyed it, big room for a family of 4, playground and playroom. Right at the zoo. Not very far from the station but uphill, so for the families with children and no car can be a bit difficult to reach. Onsen is not big, no outdoor bath. But still realy good place to stay
