This hotel exceeded expectations and was a pleasant experience overall. Large rooms with ocean views, very clean environment, delicious food and friendly staff. A special shout out to Victor at the bar and Reyna the tortilla chef, such a pleasure to deal with! Catering to a mostly national clientele, it was even more fun to enjoy a vacation like the locals.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich wirklich durch hervorragenden Service der Mitarbeiter aus! Vor allem Herr Javier Nogueda und Hostess Karina haben uns sehr gut bedient! Des weiteren sind die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, das Essen sehr lecker und der 5-10 minütige Transport zum Strand erfolgte jeden Tag reibungslos!

Das Zimmer, das uns gegeben wurde, war in einer Wohnung, die in Wartung war, sie machten früh Reparaturgeräusche und war sehr traurig. Der Blick, den er uns angegriffen hat, war auf eine Tennishalle und ein ziemlich unachtsames Gebäude, das nicht dem Hotel angehört, was unsere Erfahrung sehr verlierte. Das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen alt, früher gab es in der kleinen Küche Werkzeuge, jetzt ist nichts, sogar das Kühlschrank entnommen, nur die Mikrowelle verlassen. Das WiFi war zu langsam, sie laden nicht soziale Netzwerke, die Reinigung, regulär, da sie das Zimmer nicht behinderten, sie beschränkten sich auf das Bett. Der Service in den Wäldern ist langsam, sie haben nur wenige Käfig, obwohl sie eine hohe Saison sind, und die Wäldern, die die Betten des Wäldern bedecken, sind verpasst und alt. Der Service für Wäschetücher gibt Ihnen einen pro Person pro Tag, und Sie können nicht verlangen, dass Sie sie für eine Trockenheit wechseln, Sie müssen die gleiche bis zum nächsten Tag bleiben. Das positive ist die Nähe und hervorragende Lage direkt im Zentrum des Acapulco Bay, vor einem Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein paar Schritte ein Souvenir- und Handwerksmarkt. Und wenn Sie Essen oder Service für Apps bestellen möchten, kommen Sie in Minuten zum Hoteleingang. Die Bäume sind gut, aber sie können ihre Reinigung verbessern, denn das Wasser ist ziemlich turbulent, vor allem bei Erwachsenen, das ist ein großer Vorteil, wenn Sie nicht mit Kindern reisen und wollen sich entspannen.

Upon arriving at the All-Inclusive Emporio Hotel, right on the beach, I had a good first impression. A gate at the entrance was cleared before the bus could go down to the front entrance. This made me feel safe as I was a solo traveller. I was greeted by the staff and directed to the front desk. There were two employees checking in the guests. Although friendly, they could not speak much English which I found strange at a reception desk. It did not take long before I was checked into my room on the 8th floor. My room faced the market rather than beach. This turned out to be a blessing as it was quieter I think than facing the other way. The room was clean and had all the necessary items to stay including comfy beds. However, it was dated and I think some upgrades to the room would be good. Wifi is available in your room and throughout the hotel. This is a smaller hotel in the scheme of things. One large pool with a side pool for kids and a hot tub and a pool bar. The lobby was divided into two, one side had a lobby bar with tables and chairs which were very well worn. A big white wall was used to show movies and/or where there was a large platform for entertainment. The other side of the lobby was updated and had big, comfy chairs. Obviously this side was updated. In the evening, the entertainment was lacking pizazz which was in the lobby. There was a solo singer starting around 9 pm. I stuck close to the hotel in the evening as I was alone and this entertainment didn't keep me inspired. Although good, I was looking for more. The restaurants and main Condimento where most ate their three meals a day, served good food. But I really enjoyed the Italian restaurant Arrecife-so delicious! There is also a BBQ restaurant in front of the beach. The Arrecife and BBQ restaurants need to have reservations on the day you plan to go. The fabulous beach is right there to enjoy. So nice to have great weather every day and enjoy tours offered in the lobby. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a great location and right across the street from the market. If you are looking for a Mexican feel, then this is the place. Brush up on your Spanish :) I have been to Ixtapa many times in the past. This time I saw some good changes: no smoking in most places, no loud music on the beach, security everywhere so I always felt safe. I can't wait to go again.

Private beach, 3 pools. Central location, lots of stuff to do close by. 24 hrs medical service available on property.

The rooms were good but bathtubs and showers show signs of being old. Parking your car cost 70 pesos per night. We only had room service on some snacks and the chips were stale. Has a very small beach area that is clean and enjoyable. The pools are very nice. No wash cloths, so if from the U.S. make sure you bring something to wash yourself, something other than your hand. The refrigerator in the room is locked so I don't really understand how you are to use it, but they come daily and unlock it and count everything to see if you are eating or drinking from it. Weird! Nice but out of the way and don't know if I will return to Acapulco. I think Cancun is better.

Der Chef Pancha mischt verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen die das Essen mit Duft, Farben und Geschmack herrlich mischen. Es ist ein Genuss von Anfang bis Ende hier im Saffran at Banyan Tree zu Essen. Diana empfängt einem mit einen Lächeln und eine kleine Zeremonie, Herr Ledis unser Ober macht es möglich die genau richtigen Speisen zu finden, zu genießen und dabei einen ausgezeichneten Service zu haben. Es ist einfach herrlich!!!!

Es un hotel que ya eh visitado por años y siempre me ah parecido excelente pero en esta ocasión por otros motivos no pude hospedarme ahí pero necesitaba ir a comer a su restaurante ya que el sabor es muy rico y hogareño así que nos dirigimos al hotel y para nuestra buena suerte nos dieron permiso de entrar solo al restaurante y la verdad que el sabor sigue siendo el mismo !! Todo riquísimo con ingredientes de buena calidad y los precios bastante económicos muchas gracias por todo y espero pronto visitarlos ♥️

We were traveling as an extended family and had the three-bedroom suite facing the bay. Very nice, very clean, absolutely no complaints. Each room had a balcony. We saw sea turtles swimming in the water by the rocks numerous times. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. We did not encounter any staff members who were not. Part of what made the visit so enjoyable is that the taxi drivers located outside the Fiesta Americana provide a great service. We booked a daylong tour with Jose Luciano Callejas Gonzalez. We paid less than then tour companies were charging, traveled in a spotlessly clean air conditioned Suburban, and got a personalized tour. Jose took us to numerous scenic outlooks, the Chapel of Peace (a must see), the Diego Rivera mural (another must see), the Mirador for lunch and to watch the cliff divers, the outdoor ampitheater, Los Flamingoes to see the view, and other stops. We really felt like we got a great overview of city. Jose's English is excellent and he's very knowledgeable. Look for the guy in the turquoise shirt, his service is exceptional! We also worked with several other drivers stationed at the hotel. Oscar Cervantes also has excellent English and outstanding service, as does Pedro. The pools at the hotel were very nice. One was closed for renovation while we were there (June 2023) but the others offered plenty of space. One nice surprise is that several floors offer washers and dryers free of charge. So great to be able to take home a suitcase of clean clothes! Our room had a small kitchen, stovetop only, no oven, plus microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. We made a run to the grocery store and were able to cook meals there some days. The hotel plays music throughout the evening and late into the night on the weekends. If you're sensitive to sounds, take ear plugs. The music didn't bother us but it might bother others. Fiesta Americana is in easy (and safe) walking distance to numerous restaurants. We particularly liked La Finca. I whole-heartedly recommend Fiesta Americana and its excellent staff and taxi drivers!

Ich habe für eine Geschäftsreise in diesem Hotel geblieben und das Hotel ist nichts über Geschäfts- und Spaß, was sehr laut und schrecklich bedeutet, wenn man auf dem Telefon arbeiten und sich auf Arbeit konzentrieren muss. Wenn es eine Spaßreise gewesen wäre, hätte ich das besser bewertet, aber wenn Sie in Ixtapa im Geschäft sind und das lesen, bleiben Sie nicht hier, da es nicht nur schwer zu arbeiten, sondern die nicht-stop-party-Atmosphäre ist klimatisch. Reinigkeit?? Hmmm so... Noch einmal, wenn ich auf Urlaub wäre, würde ich vielleicht Dinge passieren lassen, die ich erwarten, dass sie arbeiten, wenn ich arbeite. Die Umgebung ist so schön, dass es das Hotel bei der Verwaltung unterstützt.

The staff was so friendly, especially Johnny, Isaac and Lily. The restaurant and pool service was excellent. We loved the pools and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. When we booked the hotel, we booked breakfast too but unfortunately when we arrived they said the included breakfast is only for the parents. So we were definitely surprised by that. Our only complaint is that we were charged twice for an upgrade to an Oceanview room and they did not refund the double charge and we stopped hearing from them when they said they would look into it.

We love this place, can’t fault it. The ambience, the staff, maybe not all the steps and the drive way, they aren’t for the feint hearted so think again if you have breathing problems or a difficulty walking!!! Having said that they have golf carts and are very accommodating but if you have problems talk to them before booking. 1 problem we found which will only get worse now that it is Hilton is that the Hilton group have a far larger reach meaning there will be more people trying to book the same number of rooms. We were lucky being able to get 2 weeks but had to go somewhere else in the middle week. If you can get in you will love it as we do. Finally everyone complains about the people dumping a towel and a book on a beach chair. Fine if you are going to walk the beach and then sit in it, or have a meal and sit back but it is becoming frequently noticed that some people just put the towels down and head out for 4-5 hours ant that is just rude but unfortunately the same all over the world despite the notes by the chairs no one enforces the rule about towels etc being removed after 1 hours absence!
