Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Melia Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sehr gut reakfast . Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr empfohlen. ☺

Das Zimmer war gut, aber die Beschreibung zeigte, dass das Zimmer ein Fenster hat, während das Fenster über einen technischen Raum mit Klimaanlage verfügt.

Die Lage zum Flughafen ist super. Gleich nebenan ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und man hat ordentlich Platz um sich nach einem langen Flug zu erfrischen. Was wir ganz toll fanden war, dass im Zimmer Wasserkaraffen standen die man jederzeit auf dem Flur am Automaten wieder befüllen konnte. Save plastic 👍👍👍 Gute Idee. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Stay at the hotel for 6 days. Requested for early check in as my flight reached destination at 7am but was told that there was no more room. Came back afternoon and was given a room that is close to the lift which was noisy. Next day pay extra money to move to a quieter room. Both rooms did not have towels and had to call room service. Difficulty in getting through the phone line to front desk or room service. Need to go down to front desk.

the hotel is very accommodative and they can explain well regarding room types, which is well appreciated i am booking for my elderly mom in law, she seems happy with the hotel & necessities

Novotel is a great pick for a stay in Makassar. Good location get around town. Rooms are nice, clean, and functional. Gym is small, and probably needs a few upgrades. There is a pool, but not used. Restaurant is so-so, to be fair. Outside eating options are probably better. Very friendly and efficient staff - they quickly addressed a minor issue and followed up with excellent attention. Still, overall, a very good place to choose, and good value for money,

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Die Lage war bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Restaurants. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an leckeren Optionen, und die Atmosphäre war entspannt und gut gepflegt. Ich würde sicherlich hier nochmal bleiben und dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der sich für eine komfortable und nützliche Erfahrung sucht.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and there are several areas that need improvement: 1. The Wi-Fi was unstable and limited to only one device per user ID, and the signal was very weak. 2. The check-in process was disappointing. I booked a twin-bed room, but was told it wasn’t available and had to switch to a king-bed room. 3. The TV was outdated with limited channels. 4. The shower water wasn’t hot enough, seems like there's an issue with the boiler. 5. There were strange noises coming from the adjacent rooms. 6. Most of the breakfast meals were cold and plain :)

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel except maybe for the breakfast (buffet) which was good (nothing crazy either). Otherwise, the service wasn’t really great, they don’t speak well English, we asked if it was possible to have the room earlier (we came with the night bus from Rantepao at 5.00 am), before noon no, except if we paid more (more than half day) or if we stayed a day shorter… well…  Then room was small, not a lot of light came in and smelt of moisture.
