Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, obwohl die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, kann man erkennen, dass es früher ein High-Star-Hotel war. Auch der Abhol- und Bringservice vom und zum Flughafen erfolgt sehr schnell. Nach dem Anruf wird die Abholung des Fahrzeugs in etwa zehn Minuten vereinbart. Sehr gut geeignet für Passagiere, die hierher umsteigen.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage war für meine Bedürfnisse angemessen. Positive Aspekte: * Friendly Staff: Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und freundlich, so dass ich mich willkommen fühle. * Gute Lage: Die Lage des Hotels war bequem für die Erforschung von Lansing und den Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen. Das Hotel gut das Teppich, wo mein Zimmer war, legte keine Wohnung, die zu enger werden brauchte. Ich habe fast ein paar Mal auf dem Hotel getrippt, während ich zu meinem Zimmer ging. Der Mann auf dem Büro war sich der Telefon nicht bewußt und sagte, er würde mir Kaffee bekommen, was nie passiert ist. Am Samstag Abend könnten Sie Cannabis in der Halle stinken, die ein nicht rauchendes Hotel war. Am Sonntag Morgen während der Auscheckung ging ich zum Vorderbrett, um ihnen zu sagen, dass die Toilette nicht funktioniert und um einen Wagen zu bekommen, um mein Auto zu laden, fand ich niemanden im Büro oder im Café. Als ich nach dem Laden meines Autos zurück ins Zimmer ging, um zu überprüfen, ob ich nichts hinterließ, war der Badezimmerboden überschwemmt, aber ich konnte nicht anrufen, da mein Telefon nicht funktionierte und niemand war um die Hallen. Dieses Hotel braucht Mitarbeiter, die umher sein können, um seinen Gästen zu helfen! Auch Telefone im Zimmer sind obligatorisch! Zu dem Betrag, den ich für zwei Nächte gezahlt habe, hätte ich irgendwo besser geblieben und zumindest Kaffee! Ich werde nicht bald auf einem Marriott bleiben!

Als wir aufgezogen waren, waren vor 3 Polizeiwagen. Der Büro-Agent konnte kaum Englisch sprechen. Der Teppich auf der Treppe war grob schmutzig. Ein Schlüssel funktionierte nicht und wir gaben auf nach 2 Reisen zum Front-Desk. Das Bad-Zink wurde gebrochen. Das Bad war so schlimm, dass wir an den Familien duschen, die wir besucht hatten. Eine gebrochene Liste von Stationen war der einzige “TV-Leitfaden.” Internet war so langsam, dass ich es nach 6 “zeitgemäß” Nachrichten aufgegeben habe. Schnappte Türen, schmutzige Ecken und entlang der Wände. Lampenschattungen gebrochen, unvergleichbare Lichtbohrungen, Kampf in Parkplatz ... Die meisten verrückten Orte, die wir in den letzten zehn Jahren verblieben haben!

I spent one night at the Hollywood Casino at Greektown. I did not visit the casino. I was looking for a nice place to stay for the night. The hotel grounds were 4-stars. I arrived around 7 PM. It took some time to check in because I had to wait for a number of others who qualified for the VIP check-in line. I stayed in a basic, twin queen room. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. Shortly after getting into my room, bright exterior lights turned on - shining in the direction of my room. I couldn't see what they were illuminating, but if I had to guess, it was perhaps the hotel name written on the exterior. Those lights stayed on all night. The drapes didn't completely cover the windows, so my room was illuminated all night. The room stayed one temperature despite what the thermostat was set to. There was an intermittent hum coming from the in-wall heater as if it was revving up. I ultimately slept with earplugs. I am have been able to overlook the illuminated room, dysfunctional thermostat, and intermittent hum if I was there for other reasons than to sleep, like to visit the casino, or go out.

This hotel is nice. It was clean. It is farther away from downtown Rochester Hills than the website indicates. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, just a very small indoor pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Two floors of the hotel were filled with kids' hockey teams that were running wild on the other floors, including our floor. The breakfast room the following morning was much the same, the kids were yelling, running around, making a mess of everything while the parents were conversing with the other parents. Total disrespect to the rest of guests. The kids were mixing all the different juices together and then throwing it out because it didn't taste good, throwing away bananas they didn't peel, just wasting food. I know this was not the hotels fault. It's just a shame the parents or the kids had no regard for all the other patrons. We had to wait for the sole person manning the breakfast room to refill most of the breakfast items. There was a nice selection of hot and cold food once it was replenished. I would still stay at this hotel again

I booked this hotel solely on the fact that the pool had a slide that my two kids would enjoy and a hot tub that us parents could relax in. I was disappointed that the water level in both amenities was very low and the pool water was extremely cold. Like uncomfortable cold and too cold to actually enjoy swimming in. The hot tub jets also did not work and never did turn on while we were there it was definitely not 104+ degrees as the sign claims. It was basically like warm bath water. The door to the women's restroom in the pool area is also rusted and falling apart in the corner so it rubs across the concrete when you open and close it and makes it hard to open and shut it. The rooms and breakfast were both average. I'd check out another hotel in the area knowing what I know now about the pool area I wouldn't stay again in hopes that I'd find an actual hot tub that's actually hot with working jets and maybe a heated pool elsewhere. A fine place if you're not here to enjoy this things as it's a clean place to rest your head.

It was a decent hotel. I arrived late at night and the front entrance was a little dark and a bit non-descript. Check in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. I was disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub weren't available and were under renovations. I didn't see anything posted on the website about that and honestly would have gone elsewhere had I known. The room was fine. There was a big empty space where there could have been an armchair like most hotel rooms have. The bathroom needs a bit of work to be updated. It reminded me of a motel bathroom. The breakfast was good. There wasn't much of a buffet. It was just a step up from a Continental breakfast, but it was tasty at least. The location was good, right off the highway, and as a solo traveller I felt relatively safe. Overall I'd probably stay again since it was inexpensive as long as the pool and hot tub are functional. But probably only for a single night.
