Nice, clean and great location hotel. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and one stop to Sendai airport. Variety and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Great view from the window (very large one). Great onsen experience, especially, the 4 types of different private onsen rooms. And, of course, the great dinner the hotel offers.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlende Mittelklassee Business Hotel. Sehr gutes japanische Frühstück, kleine Onsen mit Shampoo Bar, kompakte aber durchdachte Zimmer (Platz für einen Koffer ohne Peobleme), und gutes Englisch der Mitarbeiter. Überraschend ruhig mit Einkaufs/Essen Passage um die Ecke. 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Sendai Higashi, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut organisiert. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Badehaus ansprechend. Der Service ist ebenfalls gut, und an der Rezeption wird Englisch gesprochen. Es stehen 15 Parkplätze zur Verfügung (nach Verfügbarkeit). Der Preis beträgt 1500 Yen pro Nacht, und insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away. Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome! Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Westin Sendai! The staff were warm and  welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy bed and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy The location is also good - walking distance from the train station.With the room at 31st level, the view is spectacular.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt in der Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Sendai. Es ist von Geschäftsvierteln mit großen Lofts und Parks umgeben. Es ist auch sehr praktisch, den Rundbus zu nehmen, um die malerischen Orte zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war einfach zu klein, daher war das Auspacken etwas schwierig. Das Garden Hotel-Zimmer, in dem ich die Nacht zuvor übernachtet habe, war sehr groß, daher war ich etwas enttäuscht. Die Einrichtungen waren zwar etwas alt, aber es war immerhin billig . Mit 500 pro Nacht war es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

とても清潔感がありました。大浴場はもちろん、脱衣室が広く、洗面室？には大きな鏡があり、ドライヤーでゆっくり髪を乾かす事が出来ました。

Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.
