First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much .

It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍

Very nice environment and convenience place! Got mini metro station can Travel to rusutsu hotel. Many activities during winter, best experience for their snow mobile activities service! Recommend for those who want to ski and snow activities can come here.

Booked a room with private onsen and shared amongst 3 friends. There is valet parking upon arrival, and complimentary drinks and simple snacks at the welcome lounge between 3-10pm. They had a harpist perform at the lounge and dinner sometimes, it was very peaceful! Room was nice and comfortable, facing a nice view of lake Toya. Would have liked to be even closer to the lake as it turns out there is a field between the hotel and the lake. Temperature and size of private onsen js good, room facilities also great. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful, for dinner they serve a 6-7 course French styled meal on both nights made by Japanese ingredients. They had western and Japanese main plate options for breakfast with a buffet alongside too. Choices were plentiful and delicious. Staff generally very courteous and helpful, we had an issue with the hot water in our shower which they work very hard to fix. There was a random incident where one of the staff Yusaku was very rude to us at the Lumiere restaurant, he pretended not to understand English when taking our order for tea/ coffee, and even challenged us when we asked for lemon in tea, he said ‘what colleague?’ And ‘you want a piece of tea?’. Completely unacceptable for a hotel like this. The rest of the staff were nothing like that.

Wonderful boutique hotel with fresh, modern rooms. The building is very fashionable, the service is outstanding (Extra coffee pods? Shuttle to the supermarket? Daytime/evening recommendations? All covered!). Both the public and private onsens are clean and well equipped, including towels, facial serums and body lotion too. This might be the nicest hotel in town in every single way - with the kindest and most cheerful staff. I can only speak highly of the week we have spent here!

We stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

Alles ist gut, das Essen ist sehr raffiniert und die Rezession ist voll, aber es ist raffiniert, tatsächlicher Geschmack und das Essen sind normal, funktioniert nicht. Das Gesamterlebnis bestätigt. Vor der Buchung sah ich in der Kommentarzone, dass die Gebühr für Kinder nicht mehr als 1000 betrug. Als ich die Rechnung zahlte, sah ich den Preis erstaunt. Ein Kind nahezu 4000 RMB pro Nacht. Wir brachten zwei Kinder mit 8000 RMB pro Nacht, was gleich dem Zimmerpreis für eine Nacht entspricht. Ich möchte besonders wissen, dass das Hotel so viel gezahlt hat? Wir haben zwei Nächte gelebt, zusätzlich zu etwa 16.000 RMB, und wir haben das Zimmertyp in Trip.com nicht gebucht. Es ist einfach ein großer Kopf. Nur einen Hinweis für die hinteren Nationalstaaten, nicht unbedingt zu leben, kann nicht bleiben. Das Hotel kann in allen Bereichen sein, die Gemeinde ist noch schön, das Zimmer ist groß, aber es gibt keinen Designgefühl. Vergleichen Sie Ihren Wohnort! Aber es gibt wenige Einrichtungen, die nicht für Eltern geeignet sind, der Preis für Eltern zurückzuziehen. In Kyoto wohnte er in Kioto. Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Kinder nahmen das Frühstücksgeld. Die Kosten für die Kinder im Sitz des Kids waren zu hoch. Darüber hinaus ist der Support Lake neben dem Hotel schön. Der Verkehr hier ist wirklich ungünstig. Das Hotel hat eine Übernachtung am Flughafen des Millenniums. Es ist 16:45 Uhr am Nachmittag. Es gibt eine Zeit, um zu schließen, ist wirklich etwas schwierig. Hotel Staffs are super kind and helpful. Great explanation of in room facilities / guide. Nice Onsen, spacious and new room, great location, can observe plane take off and landing . Will definitely come back to stay in future.

We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Ms. Tamori Minatsu for her exceptional help during our recent stay. Upon arriving at the hotel, we discovered that we had left a bag containing a wallet, cash, and cards at a restaurant in Kamikawa, nearly three hours away. We approached Ms. Tamori for help. She listened attentively to understand our situation. The she contacted the restaurant to confirm that the bag had been found. The next day, she went above and beyond by helping us arrange for the bag to be safely delivered to our hotel in Sapporo. Thanks to her efficiency, kindness, and genuine concern, a potential disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of the hospitality and warmth we experienced in Hokkaido. We are truly grateful for her support — she made our trip not only smooth but also deeply memorable.
