소도시 호텔이지만 시설이 좋음. 룸컨디션 최고점. 직원 친절함. 조식은 가지수가 많지 않치만 맛있음. 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 주변에 편의점. 식당. 디저트샵 등 있음. 대욕장이 정말 좋은편임. 재방문 의사 충분히 있음.

The view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible.

A small hotel with a decent-sized room and a unique concept. Room furnishings and materials appear to be made from recycled items which gave the place a very interesting and distinctive character. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall we had a good experience. The area was peaceful and quiet, and there was a supermarket nearby making it convenient to pick up anything we needed. Parking was free, bonus points. The only downside was the room window. It was constructed using leftover pieces of wood that were not all the same size leaving small gaps between them. As a result privacy was not completely guaranteed. Sunlight goes through it making room too bright in the morning to sleep.

Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.

Hagi No Yado Tomoe ist ein außergewöhnliches Ryokan. Schon von außen ist es einladend und sauber, und sobald man eintritt, taucht man in eine seltene und elegante Welt ein. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig und alles ist mit außergewöhnlicher Sorgfalt gestaltet. Das Personal ist stets geduldig, höflich, überaus freundlich und respektvoll. Auch unserem Kind gegenüber waren sie sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft, und sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren köstlich und wunderschön angerichtet. Das Onsen war ebenfalls sauber und lud zum Entspannen ein. Absolut empfehlenswert für Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt in Hagi.

Sehr freundliches Personal und kostenlose Parkplätze. Gerne wieder. Es gab sogar kostenlose Räder. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The place is in a small onsen village. The ryokan was run by a beautiful elderly lady who was very helpful. Didn’t speak English so practice your Japanes if you are a foreigner! It was a wonderful stay. The stairs are steep but there is an elevator. There is parking in the back. The place feels old but that was one of the enjoyable parts to be honest. We were likely the only guests that day so the place was very peaceful. Praying for blessings over the establishment. 😊 would like to visit the area again.

Alles war perfekt, beginnend mit dem Rezeptionpersonal: lächelnd, engagiert, flexible und immer bereit, zu helfen. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad im Eingangsbereich des Hotels, das sehr bequem war, verlassen. Sie gab mir auch große Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants. Die heißen Badewanne sind schön, spotless und fügen einen echten Moment der Entspannung hinzu. Von außen kann das Hotel aus schön und ein bisschen „abgelegen“ aussehen, aber in ihm hat es echte Charakter und eine warme Atmosphäre. Ich verlasse mit sehr guten Erinnerungen.
