The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und spotless. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war auch sauber und gut gepflegt. Dusche Gel und Lotion mit leichtem Lavendel gespült waren unsere Lieblingspunkte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit westlicher, asiatischer und lokaler Küche. Wir lieben auch den Service, den alle Mitarbeiter angeboten haben. Besonders der Empfangsmitglied, der uns geholfen hat, hatte eine reibungslose Kontrolle. Insgesamt haben wir einen großen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn wir das nächste Mal Medan besuchen.

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend: Die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Allerdings war es beim Frühstück ziemlich voll.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Bei uns kam Wasser von der Decke und innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

Es gibt viele köstliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Dies ist mein erstes Mal in Medan. Dieses Hotel liegt direkt neben der Polizeistation und ist sehr sicher. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hotels die Ausstellungshalle für Ausstellungen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der USU und Einkaufszentren. Ich liebe die Gastfreundschaft hier, die Reinigungskräfte reinigen das Hotelzimmer jeden Tag und wechseln jeden Tag die Handtücher. Die Frühstückskarte ist etwas begrenzt und als Getränke gibt es täglich nur Kaffee, Tee, stilles Wasser und Orangensaft. Das WLAN ist schnell. Das preiswerte Standardzimmer ist recht klein und bietet nur Platz für 2 Personen. Wenn Sie Ihre Kinder mitbringen möchten, buchen Sie bitte ein größeres Zimmer. Wenn Sie ein günstiges Hotel in Medan mit guter Lage und gutem Service suchen, ist das Batik Hotel meiner Meinung nach die beste Wahl. Ich werde in Zukunft definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Hotel ist mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung von Cambridge Mall verbunden.

Das ist mein zweiter Besuch. Und jedes Mal, wenn ich meine Zimmerkarte an der Tür benutze, gibt es eine Fehlermeldung, und ich muss wieder zur Rezeption. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer ist durchschnittlich, das WLAN auch nicht gut. Aber es ist ja auch günstig.

Gemütlich vom Bahnhof entfernt (obwohl wir Grab verwendeten). Die Verfügbarkeit von WatsApp mit dem Hotel liebte sie, und sie antworteten unverzüglich. Trotz eines Toilettensatzes für 2 Gäste schien ein wenig dumm. Der Hausbetreiber ist immer sehr nett, mehr zu bieten, wenn er angefordert. Ausgezeichnete Massage im Spa auf L2. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist schlau, obwohl das ”top up” nach 9 Uhr langsam ist. Zentrum Punkt Einkaufszentrum ist direkt hinter dem Hotel.. mit einer Vielzahl von f&b, Geschäfte & koreanischen Supermarkt.
