Hotels mit Spa in Kalimantan Timur, Indonesien

Check-in und check-out war sauber. Das Frühstück war etwas hektisch, niemand zeigt uns, wo man sitzen musste, so dass wir umwandern mussten. Die Vielfalt des Frühstücks war ok, ihr Tempe ging überraschend war das Beste in meinem Pov. Das Zimmer war grundlegend, kleines Bett im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels mit dem gleichen Preis, keine in-Room-Minibar.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Balikpapan ist das Ibis sehr preiswert. Trotzdem bietet dieses Hotel gute Annehmlichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Die Duschkabine ist jedoch zu klein. Man kann sich darin kaum bewegen. Mir fehlt außerdem ein Kühlschrank. Das indonesische Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Viele Westler übernachten in diesem Hotel, aber seltsamerweise ist das Frühstück ausschließlich auf Indonesier ausgerichtet. Für Westler gibt es nur billiges Weißbrot mit Süßungsmitteln wie Marmelade und Schokoladenaufstrich. Ich vermisse hochwertiges Vollkornbrot, Brötchen, Käse und Aufschnitt. Seltsamerweise ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht auf westliche Touristen eingestellt. Die Rezeption weiß nicht, wo man Motorräder mieten kann und hat keinerlei Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie drängen jedem Gast überteuerte Ausflüge mit Reiseführer und Auto auf. Liebes Ibis-Personal, bitte verstehen Sie, dass viele westliche Touristen Motorräder mieten und ihre Ausflüge über Google Maps planen möchten. Kurz gesagt, das Ibis-Management sollte sich über westliche Touristen informieren, Broschüren mit Ausflügen nach Florida anbieten und sicherstellen, dass in Florida Informationen zu Motorrad- und Mietwagen verfügbar sind. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Ibis ein gutes Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis ist, aber leider nicht ausreichend auf westliche Touristen ausgerichtet ist.

The hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however,  the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

Es war ein Aufenthalt im Mercure Berua für uns diese Reise. Wir wurden von der geräumigen und großen Lobby beeindruckt. Service am Frontdesk war schnell und willkommen. Das Personal im Restaurant war auch sehr hilfreich bei der Empfehlung. Mein Zimmer war schön und sauber und geräuchert frisch. Die Lage ist etwa 20Min vom Flughafen entfernt und Sie können einen Transfer zu einem Gebühr organisieren. Diesmal konnten Sie die Einrichtungen nicht nutzen. Sehr empfohlen dieses Hotel.

Große Lage für Geschäftsreisen, sehr strategische und leicht zugänglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, perfekt für Ruhe nach den Treffen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. Die Einrichtungen waren ausreichend und alles funktionierte gut. Insgesamt, ein angenehmes und bequemes Aufenthalt für Geschäftsreisende. Ich würde sicherlich den Aufenthalt noch einmal in Betracht ziehen.

Check-in um 15 Uhr und das Zimmer noch nicht bereit, bitte warten Sie auf Unsicherheit. In der Zimmer , 0 Handtücher im Zimmer. Und nannte Hausaufbewahrung, aber innerhalb von 1 Stunde gesendet.

Book the location because of the location, next to mall and use the gym. Facilities provided are all there, nothing to pick on. Especially love the gym location. the breakfast is great, love the coffee and tea brew in the 'sock'. Good selections. Staffs in front desk to fnb, etc are polite and kind. Room is of decent size, basic for the price paid. It is clean in general. The toilet needs serious renovation. Taps, showers are OLD, accumulated rust, layers of molds at back of sink. The shower walls are all dirty between grout lines. It is clearly years of accumulated dirt and moisture that cannot be removed anymore. It needs serious revamp. I should have taken pictures of the shower, afraid I didn't think of it.

pertama dapat kamar ada kecoa, bau dan super lembab😢 padahal dah 2x nginap disini dpt unit yg aman tapi minta ganti resepsionis dan untungnya bisa diganti terus kamar yg sudah di ganti bermasalah di ac kamarnya yang ga dingin sama sekali😢😔 tapi untungnya lokasi apartemen strategis jadi mudah kalau mau kemana mana

This is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay

The room is a decent size with view of the sea. The room needs a deep clean and carpet needs cleaning or replace. The gym is not bad but it’s turn off to use and sauna aswell. The breakfast is not bad but the omelette dish goes out quick. The staff don’t make it a less you ask I guess budget control. The housekeeping clean my room but not added small towels for each night. The hotel close to old shopping mall and few shops open coffee shop has fresh Doughnuts.
