The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

Ich würde es als romantisches Hotel mit Meerblick bezeichnen! Direkt neben Castel de Ovo gelegen, versprüht es klassischen Charme und hat Geschichte zu bieten; es scheint einen gewissen Ruf zu haben … denn ich bin dort eines Abends einem italienischen Ministerpräsidentenkandidaten beim Wahlkampf begegnet … und einer riesigen Schar von Reportern mit Kameras und Mikrofonen! Buchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick; das neapolitanische Blau wird Sie verzaubern, und die Kamera kann seine Schönheit mit bloßem Auge nicht einfangen. Neben dem Meerblick sollten Sie unbedingt das Frühstück probieren. Es ist zwar einfach, aber wirklich gut. Das Atemberaubendste ist, mit diesem unvergleichlichen Meerblick zu frühstücken – einfach traumhaft! Abends verwandelt sich das Hotel in eine Bar … und ist immer gut besucht. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Pflegeprodukte von einer traditionsreichen italienischen Marke stammen … ich fand sie fantastisch! Eine kurze Suche auf Taobao zeigt, dass sie 200 RMB für etwas über 100 ml kosten… Es sind etwa 10 Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone und etwa 8 Gehminuten links zum Königspalast.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Fährterminal und Bahnhöfen. Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung, sowohl an der teureren Strandpromenade als auch ein paar Straßen landeinwärts. Die Pizzeria Bruno & Enzo ist mit 6 € pro Pizza ein tolles Lokal. Fahren Sie mit der Seilbahn auf den Monte Faito und genießen Sie den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Vesuv, Sorrent und Capri. Die Fähre nach Sorrent kostet 4 €. Zugverbindungen gibt es nach Pompeji und Ercolano. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Frühstück war einfach. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist fantastisch, aber Reisegruppen scheinen bevorzugt Platz zu bekommen. Beachten Sie auch, dass am Freitag- und Samstagabend bis 23 Uhr eine Veranstaltung auf der Dachterrasse mit lauter Musik stattfand. Castellammare ist zwar nicht annähernd so schön wie Sorrent, aber aufgrund der Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und der günstigen Preise ist es eine Überlegung wert.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

Жили в Сафари Тенте. До ресепшена 15 минут пешком в гору. Имейте ввиду, что внутри всего одна розетка, вторая на улице. Полотенца платные, лучше берите с собой. Два дня был сильный ветер и наш тент сильно шатало , что даже ключи падали с полки и каркасные доски скрипели, невозможно было спать и в палатке очень холодно.  К сожалению, столкнулись с ситуацией, что сотрудники ресепшена говорят разную информацию о предстоящих турах, и мы потеряли 130 евро из-за того, что нам сказали накануне, что наш тур на Капри отменен из-за погоды, ведь действительно был шторм, а по факту он не был отменен и состоялся, но без нас. Отель ответственность не несет никакую. Даже туристическая компания, сказала, что именно отель должен вернуть нам деньги, но отель естественно отказал. По телефону не отвечают, связаться совершенно невозможно, только идти к ним.  В раковине течет только холодная вода, в душе - есть горячая.

Wir kamen um 10:30 Uhr an und erfuhren, dass der Check-in um 15:00 Uhr sei. Wir fragten zweimal nach, weil wir dachten, es sei später als üblich. Die Dame mit der Brille bestand darauf, es sei 15:00 Uhr. Als wir später online nachschauten, fanden wir heraus, dass es nach 14:30 Uhr war. Wenn das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, hätte sie es einfach sagen können, anstatt uns in die Irre zu führen. Zweitens war dies das einzige Hotel in ganz Italien, das nicht einmal kostenlose Wasserflaschen anbot. Sie finden sie in der Minibar und sie kosten 3 Euro. Zur Ausstattung gehörten Pappbecher und kleine Fläschchen Duschgel/Shampoo, die am nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt wurden, sodass wir mit dem bisschen Seife vorliebnehmen mussten, das noch übrig war. Das Bett war schrecklich zusammengewürfelt. Im Badezimmer war in vielen Ecken Schimmel, die Wände waren schmutzig und wirkten, als wäre es seit Jahren nicht mehr gründlich geputzt worden. Das Gute war, dass es Ersatzkissen und einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stuhl gab. Das Frühstück war eines der besseren, die wir in Italien hatten. Die Lage war fantastisch, 1 km zum Hafen und es gab einen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Der Preis war auch angemessen (250 Euro pro Nacht), als wir buchten. Wir überlegten jedoch, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern, und überprüften zwei Wochen vor unserer Ankunft, dass der Preis um über 50 % gestiegen war. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr wert.

Mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Hotel Parco del Sole in Sant’Agnello. There are some genuinely good points: the garden and pool are well-maintained, and the entrance is magnificent with palm trees that make you feel like you’re arriving at a grand villa. The shuttle service to and from Sorrento is also a convenient plus. However, the hotel feels like it’s past its glory days. It seems it’s now mainly serves British package holidaymakers, and many rules feel outdated. For example, you must return pool towels to reception upon checkout, and they keep your ID at check-in for about 30 minutes to make a copy—both inconvenient and old-fashioned practices. The breakfast is very standard with terrible coffee, which is particularly shameful for Italy. But the worst part was the outdoor seating area in the breakfast restaurant—it was filthy, seemingly not cleaned for a year or longer. Bird droppings and general grime made it unpleasant to eat there. Overall, while the property has potential with its beautiful grounds, the outdated policies, and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend.

Über alle Erfahrung ! 8/10! Lage 10-15 nach Sorrento Stadtzentrum mit dem Bus! Was ist direkt draußen. Also stören Sie nicht für Taxi, oder bezahlte Autoparkplatz! Meerblick Hotel. 3 Sternen aber mit schönem Pool, Meerblick Sitzplatz für Gäste zu entspannen. Handwasch , Haartrockner , kleines Badezimmer. Dusche sehr eng, aber manuell. Locker. Air con. Zimmergröße ( reserviert Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Zimmerreinigung gut . Bed komfortabel ! Tafel. Alles in 3 Sternen ist geistig buchbar ! Jetzt Negative Punkte . Sie können nicht lange schlafen. Max 8-9am. Als Auscheck ist 10.30am max. BF 7/10. Als andere Gäste beginnen Schließtüren zu gehen, so dass Sie sie hören. Es ist ein zwei Geschichte Hotel mit Treppen. Kein Aufzug. Aber hat Hilfe, um Ihr Gepäck in die Zimmer zu nehmen. Versuchen Sie, Zimmer im 1. Stock zu nehmen. Wenn u r über 55 plus. The hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel. The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had to take the coach buses to the hotel which is also quite reasonable. The hotel was proactive and arranged the Amalfi Positano trip by ferry, with pickup and drop at hotel, which was superb. Overall, we loved our-stay at Prestige.
