GGayleCodyI wish I could say our last 24 hours here have been great, but I can’t. On Wednesday when we needed to extend our stay someone from the front desk, put a reservation in for us, called us back and told me that the reservation was completely taken care of and not to worry. My keys were waiting for me at the front desk when I got back from working that night very late probably after midnight we already had the keys. I went to the room and went to sleep when I went to work the next morning and later in the day I received a phone call from Leighton, giving me a very difficult time about extending my reservation for the next night telling me that the previous night had not been paid for and it was $141. When I tried to tell him what I had already been told there was no listening to what I had to say and what I had already been told.
He told me that I had to come to the front desk immediately and pay for the previous night as well as pay for that night. I was already working close to an hour away and told him that that was impossible. I told him that I would go online and make the reservation for that night, but I could not deal with anything with the previous night until I returned. He told me that I had until 8 o’clock otherwise he was canceling that night’s reservation. He was beating me repeatedly. He did not want to listen to what I had to say. He was so awful to deal with. I could go on and on.
When I returned, it took me until past 1 o’clock in the morning to get the entire issue straightened out because I had not been told that whoever made Wednesday night‘s reservation had also booked one for Thursday night as well and they expected me to pay for two nights totaling well over $200. I certainly was not going to pay for a second night, knowing that I had already previously booked a reservation online, of course at that hour, Leighton was nowhere to be found, and certainly he was not answering his phone or his text messages. They were threatening to cancel my reservation, leaving myself. My two children stranded for the night,
They were changing shifts to any people had things to say there was too many people involved. I was getting too many and too much different information. This was just way too much for me to handle. I was told that I needed to pay one price somebody else that I needed to pay a different price I was told I needed to pay something else. It was just way too much and too many people were involved.
Finally at 1 o’clock in the morning, I paid the $92 I was able to check into my room and go to sleep.
The next day, I was then told that I was not able to make a reservation to extend my stay further and I’m only allowed to make reservations for one week at a time. Nowhere have I been told that I have to make reservations one week in advance for seven days at a time I have stayed at Marriott residence Inn before and never have I had to make reservations for seven days at a time, but I was told the manager can put that rule. into effect.
what happens if I only want to stay here for five more days?
Do I still have to pay for seven? I don’t know, regardless we had a broken dishwasher in our room and they thought it would just be easier instead of repairing the dishwasher to make us change rooms and move us from one end of the hotel all the way down to the other

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist gut, ich habe zwei Nächte am 21. und 22. August gelebt, aber ich habe zwei T-Shirts und ein Schrank in der Kiste vergessen, als ich aus dem Laden ging. Nach zwei Tagen und 25 ging ich zum Hotelrezeptor und fragte, ob ich es nicht gefunden habe oder nicht. Ich habe es nicht gut erfahren, wenn ich das Ergebnis erfuhr.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel war sehr schön und das Zimmer fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Ich mochte nicht, dass es mir nicht gesagt hat, ob das Zimmer eine Dusche oder ein Duschrot hatte, auch nach dem Alter des Kindes. Das ist ein wenig frustrierend, weil es so schwer ist, eine 3-jährige in einer Dusche zu waschen. Das Zimmer war nicht rauchend, aber das Zimmer riecht wie alter Rauch, so dass ich sehr gut gereinigt habe, um den Geruch herauszuholen, der überhaupt nicht zu schlecht war. Das Personal, das die Nachtschiffe arbeitete, habe ich ein paar Probleme mit. Ich denke nicht, dass sie halb oder halb Person ist, aber sie ist definitiv nicht eine Person der Völker. Seine Haltung war sehr grobe trocken und schneiden. Als sie uns etwas fragte, fühlte sie uns, als ob wir sie verärgerten und sie lügte uns über das Zimmer, das sie uns ins Haus setzte. Sie versuchte zu sagen, dass das Zimmer sagt Dusche nur, aber konnte nicht geben, wo es sagt, weil es gesagt oder Tub und ich weiß, wenn Sie für die Eincheckung ankommen, werden sie Ihnen ein Zimmer, das nach Ihrer Reservierung verfügbar ist. Es gab keine Wahl, um zu verlangen oder sicherzustellen, dass ein Tub im Zimmer war. Sie holte uns auf, um ihre Interaktion mit uns als brutal zu nehmen und versuchte, es etwas besser zu machen. Sie lächelt nicht und sie sieht sich an, dass ich nicht hier sein will oder mit diesem zu tun. Ich hätte es nicht gefallen, dass die Beschreibung nicht viel von den Dingen an dieser Stelle passt und wahrscheinlich nicht hier reserviert hätte, wenn ich wusste, dass sie keine Kinderaktivitäten neben Basketball und Miniatur Golf haben. Ich liebe es, dass es neben vielen Einkaufsgeschäften und Restaurants, die zu Fuß gehen, ist. Ich empfehle Ihnen nur, entweder das Hotel oder jemand, den Sie vorbehalten, bestimmte Details zu kontaktieren, weil dies zweimal geschehen, um ein Zimmer zu wählen, das nach dem Alter des Kindes verfügbar ist, mit einem oder einem geben kann.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatSecond time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day.
The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room.
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one.
We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to.
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

AAudreyTFThe longer we stayed the lesser the points became. When we checked in, at first glance everything was 5 stars.
WiFi and location are definitely 10/10 for me.
My first issue was with the refrigerator not working, I lowered the temp to the lowest possible setting but nothing changed and I notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to check within an hour and that person never showed up I’m not sure if they came while we were out but when we came back the refrigerator was still warm. This issue was never fixed up to the day we checked out. It was very disappointing as I had baby food that needed to be refrigerated.
The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light at all and our room was opposite a parking lot which head very bright lights all night long it was so hard to fall asleep I hope the property can have better curtains or blinds.
Secondly, I’m not sure if I missed it somewhere about them not offering house keeping, at least there’s a washer and dryer so I just washed the towels on my own. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to refresh the rooms or even add more toilet paper or garbage bags.
The floors were visibly dirty and dusty like they haven’t been vacuumed in months.
The 9th floor common area was so filthy, the toilet was so dirty and smelly, the couch was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on it.
The central cooling/heating system makes a strange long noise every now and then and it kept waking up my child. I could find any way to turn it off and that was very frustrating.

GGuest UserFür uns war die Lage großartig! Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten und Kissen waren sehr komfortabel. Service, zum größten Teil, war sehr gut, mit der einzigen Ausnahme, der Gentleman, der das Front Desk bei der Ankunft bemannt. Nicht freundlich überhaupt. Es fühlte sich wie eine Unterbrechung. Das Frühstück war Ihre Standardmesse. Schrauben, gepulverte Eier und Sauce oder Bacon, und machen Ihre eigenen Waffeln. Kaffee, Saftwahlen, Bagels und verpackte Süßigkeiten. Es war gut und es macht für ein schnelles und bequemes Essen.
Das WIFI auf unserem Stock war schrecklich! In diesem alten Tag ist das nicht hinnehmbar! Ich habe den Computer im Frühstücksbereich benutzt, um unseren ausgehenden Flug zu schaffen!
Das Gebäude wird verdaut, aber es gab Bauarbeiten, so dass sie vielleicht aktualisieren. Das Badezimmer hatte keinen Fan oder keine Handtücher. Leider scheint es, dass Menschen die Dusche Gartenschleife verwendet, da es sich nach unten dreht und Sie wirklich Anpassungen zu machen, um einen nassen Boden zu vermeiden. Es gibt keine Handbücher für die körperlich Behinderten. Das Ein- und Ausgehen aus diesem schleifenden Bad ist schwierig. Unser Toilettentank hatte einen Leck und musste häufig Wasser wiederladen. Schließlich ist das HVAV gut und es ist auch laut. Aber wenn Sie viel reisen, ist dies ziemlich häufig.
Ein zusätzlicher Hinweis. Wir entschieden, dass wir wirklich keine Miete brauchen und würden Lyft/Uber verwenden. Es funktionierte gut, aber es gibt selten ein Auto in der Nähe. Wir sorgten dafür, dass wir Zeit für die Auswahl.
Wegen seiner Lage und der typischen Lage eines Hotels dieser Rangfolge würde ich noch einmal dort bleiben.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at the Nittany Lion Inn for 4 nights and 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The rooms were great — clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hallways were absolutely amazing, lined with bookcases and cozy seating areas, all surrounded by fascinating history that truly made the Inn feel special and unique.
The mocktails at Triplets were delicious, and the coffee at the café was just as impressive — such a treat during our stay. We were in town because my daughter danced at THON, so we were coming and going at all hours. It was incredibly comforting to be somewhere that felt so safe, welcoming, and conveniently close to everything we needed.
Every single staff member was absolutely incredible. I never once arrived or left without someone opening a door for me — that level of attentiveness and hospitality does not go unnoticed. Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay.
I do need to especially mention Claire. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she made our stay so comforting. When my flight was canceled, Claire went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. She helped us navigate our travel changes and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you for making what was already a meaningful trip even more memorable. We will absolutely be back!
