非常滿意。房間有點舊，很簡單，和國內的普通温泉酒店一樣，但是乾淨的，設施也都完備，沒有拖鞋。餐廳很好吃！酒店本身沒有温泉，但有SPA那些，離黑維茲温泉步行兩三分鐘，也很近。有停車場。衹接待成年人。

Das warme Hotel enthält kein Getränk. Es ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich. Kinder spielen weniger Einrichtungen. Es ist für Erwachsene geeignet. Es ist nicht für Kinder geeignet. Insgesamt ist der Service immer gut. Die Kellner haben Sie immer Wein geliefert und das Gericht verpackt.

Dieses Schloss ist ein besonders altes Schloss mit zwei offenen Pools, das Abendessen und das Frühstück in ihm sind besonders gut, können Sie jedes Mal eine Überraschung bieten.

It's ok for a couple of nights + Modern, spacious and clean rooms + Good Wi-Fi connection + Decent breakfast + SPA and related amenities - No gym - There was the reconstruction work on my floor, so someone drilled from time to time - unacceptable attitude

Love the hot jacuzzi and pool. Location wise is about 30mins walk to 'town' and attractions, 8mins to train station. Nearest restaurant is about 8-10mins walk. Everything was good, including my second night, the table lamp suddenly light up in the middle of the night around 1am. I called reception and the girl said technician needed an hour to come. However she came up to check and mange to off it after few attempts. I was not comfortable to stay in same room, she was kind to let me sleep in another room. Although I couldn't sleep well because of the incident, I still appreciate it. However when I check out the next morning, I expressed I wanted to feedback about the incident, the receptionist (a different lady) was very defensive and her attitude made me felt I was trying to creat problem. She said in harsh way that there is no *****, nothing happened before. In the first hand, I never say that there is *****, I just said I want to feedback about the light and I didn't get good sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Overall I am happy with the hotel, except the final encounter with the receptionist during check out.

Останавливаемся в отеле много лет подряд. Очень порадовала реконструкция зоны СПА. Но хотелось бы отметить отрицательный момент: центрифугу разместили не в открытом доступе как было раньше, а в туалете. Некоторые гости считают возможным переодеваться там, в результате скапливается очередь из тех кому нужно просто отжать купальник, и тех кому нужно в туалет. Мы останавлива лись на 8 ночей, но замена купального халата не была произведена как было раньше. Изменилась концепция? Очень порадовал ассортимент блюд в ресторане. Опять вернулись холодные супы! Большое спасибо!

Das Hotel, das nie gedacht wurde, ist großartig, Frühstück und Abendessen sind großartig. Die Innentemperatur übersteigt die Erwartungen. Das nächste Mal sollte es wieder gehen.

早餐沒怎麼吃，整體一般般，正在裝修

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere. But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

Very good hotel, good service, good facilities. Recommend to stay in this hotel
