CcharlottieotsieIch habe meinen Vater für seinen Geburtstag nach Italien gefahren und die erste Nacht unseres Aufenthalts hätte nicht besser hier gelaufen sein können. Margrita war so willkommen und freundlich, uns ein Glas Saft oder Wasser bei der Ankunft anbieten. Sie gab uns dann eine Plenarta von verschiedenen Kreuzen, um als Teil des Frühstücks zu wählen. Es gab einen klassischen Kurs von Buffalo mozzarella und Tomaten, dann ein geschmackvolles Kreuzen und eine Platte frisches Obst. Die anderen Leute, die dort bleiben, sagten, es sei das beste Frühstück jemals, und ehrlich gesagt, stimme ich zu. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich gemütlich und schön, komplett mit einem Kühlschrank, um Wasser zu lagern, um die Wärme zu halten (Luftkon arbeitete eine Behandlung, und es gab auch komplimentäre Wasserflaschen auf unserer ersten Nacht). Die Aussichten auf die kleinen Balkone in den gemeinsamen Bereichen waren schön, die Zitronenbaum. Die Lage war großartig, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, was für uns perfekt war, als wir aus dem Husten und Büsten waren. Und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, als wir ankamen. Alles in allem 10/10 ehrlich, und ich verlasse meist keine Bewertungen, aber ich fühlte die Notwendigkeit, diesen Ort zu tun und Margrita Gerechtigkeit! 😊

The hotel sits on the rooftop of a kindergarten, which is both unique and endearing. Surrounded by plenty of great eateries and a short walk to the port for day trips to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi, the location is ideal for exploring.
The interior is creative, colourful, and full of personality—a truly refreshing design. While it lacks a ground-floor reception (which would be helpful for managing luggage), and there are no pool or major facilities, it still offers a pleasant and memorable experience. A bit pricey for what it is, but I’d definitely consider staying here again for the charm and location alone.

PP.SchneiderThe place is only 10 minutes from central station of Sorrento, calm area but have very good restaurant 3minut walk and little shop for daily needs . Ou room has nice views, comfortable bed, And Tv plus little fridge if you need to put cold things , with the cute bathroom we have everything we needs. Is really like boutique hotel with three rooms and big enough dining room it make perfect getaway time , not crowded just enough to have nice little chats with other guests. What’s more our host Carmela is a very kind ,attentive and helpful person , she provides us with all information about the town and help us with what we need. Will definitely back again and recommend to anyone who wants to come to Sorrento . We have very enjoyable time and relaxing, specially beautiful sunsets views with glass of cold wine it’s perfect to end the hot summer day.

CClare.JThe chek-in process was smooth. Maria was super helpful. The Amalfi coast tour she recommended was the best thing I did in the whole trip of Italy. Please say thanks to Nino for me, our driver. He is the best. Everything is super clean and new. I admire how the cleaning was done. It's done like 5 star hotel. I've got to meet her the last day and she is super kind as well.
The only downside was the noise from the wall next door(other guests). I could hear everything from their bathroom and when they flush the toilet it sounds like a bomb dropping into my ear. No kidding. Maybe in another room it might be better.
I'm writing this because I really loved staying here. Everything is super close, convenient and neighbors are the nicest. I just hope maybe something can be done on that wall for a better soundproof because I really hope one day I wanna bring my parents to here and experience beautiful Sorrento.
Overall, my stay was great and I wanna stay here again when I visit Sorrento. Everyone here is super friendly and I felt at home. Thank you.

Das Hotel ist auf der Wolke, es muss Autofahren oder ein Hotel fahren, um ein Auto zu besorgen. Sie müssen aufmerksam machen, dass das Hotel die Beförderungszeiten besorgt hat, sehr rechtzeitig, wenn es verpasst wird, ohne Auto zu fahren, der Verkehr ist schwieriger.
Der Nachteil ist, dass die Isolierung des Zimmers hier nicht sehr gut ist, und es ist leicht, die Stimme des Gesprächs in der Nähe zu hören.

DDonna MarinaLocation is great, right next to piazza tasso, and there’s taxi stop in the front. The room is equipped with modern design, keeping classic furniture which is very cute and authentic. Breakfast is great with freshly made coffee and the variety is very good for european standard. The terrace is the absolute highlight! The view from the position is Wow! The staff are all very friendly and really take the time to give advice to those who are new to Sorrento, they have us really heartfelt and clear advice as in sightseeing tips or restaurant recommendations. They also organise excursions which is so convenient, the day tour to Amalfi coast by car is just awesome!!! Last but not least, there is a lift inside!

Aamak1119Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

Das Hotel selbst ist gut, vielleicht hat sich die wirtschaftliche Hintergrundlage zu einer Reihe von Problemen entwickelt.
Es ist sehr bequem, zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Es gibt mehr zu essen.

GGastnutzerIch würde denken, dass die Bilder, auf denen ein Pool und Liegen zu sehen sind, kostenlos wären, aber als wir dort ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass die Nutzung 15 Euro pro Tag kostete, obwohl wir Hotelgäste sind. Der Grund, warum wir uns für ein Hotel mit Pool entschieden haben, anstatt für einen am Strand zu bezahlen. Sehr enttäuscht.
Die Duschen sind sehr klein, wir sind keine großen Leute und fanden es schwierig zu duschen.
Der Balkon war gut, da man die Kleidung draußen spülen und trocknen konnte, sie aber nur über den Stühlen platzierte.
Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber zum Frühstück gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, was großartig war.
Rührei, Schinken, Käse, Gebäck, Saft und Kaffee.
Die Lage beim Verlassen der Fähre war großartig, da man mit dem Gepäck direkt am Hafen war.
Wenn Sie in die Stadt gehen, müssen Sie eine große Treppe nach oben nehmen oder Sie können am Strand entlang zum Aufzug an der Straße laufen, dessen Nutzung 2 Euro kostet.
In der Bar im Obergeschoss gibt es atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, es ist herrlich, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, und es gibt einen DJ, der schöne, langsam singende Musik spielt, die alle Generationen genießen können. Allerdings sind die Getränke an der Bar etwas günstiger.
Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss des Hotels war großartig. Für 7 Euro Margherita-Pizza erhalten Sie als Hotelgast 10 % Rabatt.
Beim nächsten Mal würde ich wahrscheinlich in der Stadt übernachten, da ich näher an allem bin, aber ich gehe gern spazieren und wandern, um Sport zu treiben, daher funktionierte die große Treppe für mich, für viele Menschen jedoch nicht. Ich denke, das Hotel hat vielleicht gesagt, dass es ein kostenloses Taxi in die Stadt gibt, bin mir aber nicht 100 % sicher.

Iilzestayed here with a friend and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but it's just a short walk from the main street, which made it convenient yet peaceful.
The room had a fantastic view, which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure — something we appreciated after long days of exploring. However, while the shower was advertised as having fancy jet options, none of them worked. This feature really shouldn't be promoted if it's not functional.
The room was marketed as a deluxe bedroom, but in reality, it's a standard double room without any frills. We would’ve preferred if expectations were set more accurately — under-promising and over-delivering always makes for a better guest experience.
Breakfast was basic and nothing to rave about, though we weren’t expecting much there, so no big disappointment.
All in all, it’s a solid option for a short stay. But i won't be recommending for family or friends. Tbere are better option elsewhere. Just need to be booked in advance 😊
