Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

My experience in the hotel was pleasant. It is situated in a very high risk area however, if you have business to do along the embassies or department offices nearby then this is a great place. Pleasant staff and the buffet was also good.

It’s conveniently close to Sandton City Mall, which made shopping and getting around very easy. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping coming in daily, which I appreciated. However, I did experience an ongoing issue with the room key card. Every time I returned to my room, the card wouldn’t open the door. This happened multiple times during my stay, and it became quite frustrating, especially when I had shopping bags or luggage with me. I had to carry everything downstairs to the reception to report the issue, only to be told someone would come assist. I’d then have to go back upstairs and wait, sometimes for quite a while. Occasionally, one of the cleaning staff was kind enough to open the door for me, which helped, but the inconsistency and inconvenience definitely affected my overall experience.

Wir hatten einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt in Menlyn Maine. Obwohl unser Aufenthalt kurz war, waren die Mitarbeiter professionell. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist sicher und ist sehr nahe der Menlyn Mall und anderen Malls und neben schönen Restaurants. Unsere einzige Beschwerde wäre, dass wir den Waschdienst nicht nutzen konnten, weil es lange dauert, bis die Kleidung zurückgekehrt werden. Darüber hinaus genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt gründlich. Würde sowohl nicht-picky Reisende als auch die Boujie Mädchen empfehlen.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

Die Hotelausstattung war standardEs gab ein Fitnessraum und ein kleines Pool, obwohl ich auch nicht Zeit hatte zu benutzen. Das Wi-Fi funktionierte gut, und ich habe während meines Aufenthalts keine Probleme mit der Klimaanlage oder Heizung. Eines, was herauskam, war die Lage. Es war ziemlich bequem für meine Bedürfnisse, in der Nähe von wenigen Restaurants und Geschäften, aber nicht zu speziell. Ich hatte gehofft, etwas mehr vom Hotelrestaurant zu erreichen, da das Menü etwas begrenzt war und das Essen nur ok war. Kurz gesagt, es war kein schlechter Aufenthalt, aber es hat mich auch nicht weggeschlagen. Wenn Sie nur einen Ort suchen, um zu schlafen, ohne etwas außergewöhnliches zu erwarten, wird dieses Hotel die Arbeit tun.

Die Hotelservice war gut und die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut. Das einzige, was leider ist, ist das Essensproblem. Es gibt kein Restaurant und man kann hier nur essen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the peaceful garden area. It was beautifully maintained and provided a lovely space to unwind with a cup of coffee or just enjoy the greenery. Everything about my stay was smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing place with great service and plenty of space to breathe, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Das Hotelzimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Möbel sind alt. Es liegt jedoch ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man am nächsten Tag früh einen Flug erwischen muss.
