It was just good for the night spent the host were so good and helpfull.Just didnt like the fact that l was asked what time l am comfortable to come for my breakfast and they did record and when l got in for breakfast l was told l am late l should come 10 mins earlier than the time and noone had indicated that to me and was even told that next time don't be late when l know l was not late l came the time l booked.

Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Pros: First of all the service I got from the receptionist was really good, she had someone carry my bags to the room and the location of the hotel is close to the airport which is very convenient for traveling after your stay. Cons: The room had a strong smell of paint, it was so bad I couldn't even breathe as all the windows were closed upon my arrival. The pillow cases in the bedroom didn't look clean to me I used my clothes to lay my face on because it was just nasty. The shower is not convenient to use, it's too small and you cannot move the shower head to a desired position. There was no fan or airconditioner in the bedroom, it was really hot. The furniture is outdated, some couches with holes in them it's a mess Overall, I will not sleep here ever again! The money charged is clearly just for being close to the airport because it is too much for that room.

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

I had a good stay at The Catalyst Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stThe breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options every morning. I also really enjoyed the free shuttle service to Sandton Mall , it was very convenient and made getting around much easier. The only small downside was the balcony in my room. It was quite small, to the point that I couldn’t even fit a chair there. But overall, I still had a very pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel.

Geht ein und musste eine Stunde auf Strom warten, sodass mein Zimmer in der Nähe des Stromraums war, so dass ich Türen öffnen und schließen hören konnte und die Strom physisch klicken und trinken. Ich musste sie für Informationen anrufen und wurde ein Blitzlicht angeboten. Ich habe meine Vorstellung mit meinem Haar nicht abgeschafft, weil ich nicht in der Lage bin, meine Haarmaschine zu benutzen. Der Besitzer fand mich im Rauchen Abschnitt und entschuldigte sich, er würde einen 1-Stern erhalten. Ich sagte ihm, ich würde nicht, wie ich in der Dienstleistungsbranche bin und ihm Entschuldigungen genügen. Allerdings war ich noch enttäuscht von mehr Elektrizitätsfragen und keine Aktualisierung. Ich musste bereit sein mit der Fronttür offen und alle Blinden offen, um meine Haare und Make-up zu machen. Die Gäste gingen vorbei, um Updates zu verlangen, wir mussten sie erreichen. I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

Es war günstig gelegen und ermöglichte einen einfachen Zugang zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten. Egal, ob ich die Stadt erkunden oder mich auf ein Safari-Abenteuer begeben wollte, die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für meine Reisen. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
