It was just good for the night spent the host were so good and helpfull.Just didnt like the fact that l was asked what time l am comfortable to come for my breakfast and they did record and when l got in for breakfast l was told l am late l should come 10 mins earlier than the time and noone had indicated that to me and was even told that next time don't be late when l know l was not late l came the time l booked.

Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Liebe, dass es so viele Aktivitäten im Eigentum Weingeschmack, Spa, Radfahren, Heizung Pool etc.. Die Weinprobenerfahrung war definitiv einer der Highlights. Große Auswahl an Weinen und sehr nah annähernd. Der Spa war auch hervorragend und super ruhig, perfekte Weg, nach einem Tag um Stellenbosch zu entspannen. Das Restaurant Veld war sehr mittelständisch. Das Essen stand nicht so viel wie der Rest der Gesamtmuskelerfahrung. Insgesamt ist noch ein sehr empfohlener Aufenthalt, wenn Sie eine luxuriöse Weinbauerfahrung in Stellenbosch 🍇 wünschen

Pros: First of all the service I got from the receptionist was really good, she had someone carry my bags to the room and the location of the hotel is close to the airport which is very convenient for traveling after your stay. Cons: The room had a strong smell of paint, it was so bad I couldn't even breathe as all the windows were closed upon my arrival. The pillow cases in the bedroom didn't look clean to me I used my clothes to lay my face on because it was just nasty. The shower is not convenient to use, it's too small and you cannot move the shower head to a desired position. There was no fan or airconditioner in the bedroom, it was really hot. The furniture is outdated, some couches with holes in them it's a mess Overall, I will not sleep here ever again! The money charged is clearly just for being close to the airport because it is too much for that room.

I've never been at a better hotel my whole life. Trust me, the hotel is such a ”Wow!” I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia! The location is superb, so close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

Ein weiteres wunderbares Aufenthalt im Katalysator! Vor zwei Jahren hatte ich meine Kopftücher, Winterkleidung und einen Ladegerät vergessen; sie kontaktierten mich, während ich am Flughafen war, um meine Opsie zu behandeln, und ich erzählte ihnen, dass ich nicht zurück zum Flughafen kommen konnte, da ich auf einen Flug wartete, Ich fragte sie, ob sie meine Sachen schützen könnten und wir haben ein Jahr später per E-Mail mitgeteilt - ich hatte nicht die Chance, zurück zu kommen, um sie zu sammeln. Zwei Jahre später prüfte ich den Katalysator wieder, ohne zu erwarten, dass sie meine Sachen gehalten hätten, aber zwei Jahre später nicht nur, wenn sie meine Sachen in Gedächtniszustand gehalten hätten, und sie zurückkehrten sie zu mir. Vielen Dank an alle im Katalyst, danke für die Zuverlässigkeit und die Erbringung unverschämter Kundenservice und Unterstützung. Ich kann Ihnen nicht empfehlen genug!!

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

Das ist ein tolles Hotel, in einer guten Lage. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, Zimmerservice ist ein wenig langsam, aber. Haushalten ist ausgezeichnet, ich mag sie so sehr. Die Anlage ist großartig, aber ich mag nicht das Pool-Gebiet, ist immer mit so vielen Menschen verpackt. Einige von ihnen waren nicht einmal Gast im Hotel. Das macht es ein wenig unsicher, Ihren Besitz einfach umliegen zu lassen. Ich meine, Sie müssen alles jeden Tag, wenn Sie zum Loo gehen. Die Pool-Zone hatte keinen Platz, um sich zu sitzen und abends zu kühlen. Die Bar dauert ein bisschen, um Getränke zu bereiten. Die Wahrnehmung/Wächter war erstaunlich. Ich mag einfach nicht die Zeit auschecken. 10 am es ist zu früh und sie waren nicht gern auf eine Verlängerung mit nur einer Stunde. Ich denke nicht, ich werde wieder buchen. Sicherheitsfragen. Wenn andere Leute nicht so viel Zugang zum Hotel hatten, würde ich nicht daran interessieren, dort wieder zu bleiben.
