Wir blieben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir waren von den Einrichtungen beeindruckt, aber leider sehr enttäuscht, weil wir ein Objekt vergessen und uns das Personal sagte, dass sie es nicht finden konnten, was nicht stimmte.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Hyatt ist das beste Hotel in Ludhiana. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es grenzt an ein Versandzentrum und kann sich nicht an indisches Essen anpassen. Sie können in dieses Einkaufszentrum gehen, um KPF oder McDonald's zu essen. Naja, auch das Sicherheitspersonal am Eingang ist höflich. Wir haben ein Auto vom Hotel zum Flughafen gemietet, und der Lobbymanager war immer bei uns vor der Tür bis das Auto kam und wir haben auch bewusst einige Flaschen Mineralwasser mitgebracht. aufrichtige Dankbarkeit. Werde das nächste Mal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt in einer strategischen Lage. Ich hatte eine spät eincheckende Nacht und es war ein bisschen unwohl, da die Cochelle auf der Sofa gekühlt hatte, bis ich sie anrufen musste. Ich habe auch zweimal den Konzern gebeten, mir mit Gepäck zu helfen, aber niemand hat mir das Telefon für 4-5 Zeiten geantwortet, und als er antwortete, kam niemand wirklich, mich zu unterstützen, bis ich nach unten ging und sie wieder informierte. Zimmer ein bisschen alt, aber insgesamt ok.

NNARESH KHURANAHas maintainance issues....pool side furniture worn out...there was a broken glass lying on the pool side...informed staff but all they did was click pictures and never bothered to return and clean the area...lifts have unfinished wooden panels with raw edges...ordered some in room dining which was delayed and on enquiring we were told that they had sent our order to some other room as there system was down and they did not record our order correctly...we were given one room card and on asking for another one , again we were told that the system is down hence unable to give another card...room sizes are very small and had to pay extra for a hardly bigger room. All in all will not stay here again.

KKevin GurbaniMy 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

JJasvinder SinghStayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should. The clean is cleaned daily. At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices. Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious. There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay.
