Hotels mit Pool in Louisiana, Vereinigte Staaten

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Als ich ins Zimmer kam, riechte der unvernehmliche Geruch des Urins die Luft. Ich suchte nach der Quelle und, während ich ins Bett kam, fand ich es. Es war die MATTRESS!!!!! Ich bitte um Platzierung in einem anderen Zimmer, das mit einer Entschuldigung begleitet wurde. Im anderen Raum riechte es weniger wie Urin. Aber, Ich habe den Schrank aufgehoben und bemerkte 2 DIESE, Ich meine DIESE, SOCKS, die seit wusste, wann!!!!! Das bedeutete, dass die Blätter nicht gereinigt wurden, auch!!!! Wir mussten gehen!!! Dies war eine Notausflugsfahrt und wir werden nie wieder hier gehen!

Die Eincheckung war einfach und das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen. Sie haben einen Shuttle, der jeden Stunde zum/von dem Flughafen geht. Sie müssen nach der Buchung anrufen oder per E-Mail, um die Shuttlezeiten zu erhalten, wenn Sie beabsichtigen, es zu benutzen.

Ich blieb eine Nacht nach meiner ersten Buchung. Der Service blieb genauso ausgezeichnet. Ohhh bitten Sie auf dem Frontdesk um Hilfe mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen. Viel günstiger als Uber oder Aufzug.

While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig. Die Rezeption war schnell, aber es informierte uns nicht, dass die tägliche Hausaufbewahrung NICHT erfolgt. Das Hotel hatte einen Poolbereich, aber wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass es eine Gebühr für das Hotel gab. Wir hatten einen Schlag neben dem Bett, das nicht funktionierte. Eine Nachtwartungsperson musste die gesamte Anlage ersetzen, die Art, wie sie montiert wurde, konnte die neue Anlage nicht vollständig sichern und er sagte, dass die Tageswartungspersonal es kümmern würde. Es ist nie geschehen, obwohl wir dem Vorderbüro über die Situation erzählt haben. Wir hatten einen Drachen auf dem Kleiderschrank, der darauf bestand, sich um vier Zoll öffnen zu lassen. Der Nachtwartungsmann versuchte es zu reparieren, aber konnte es nicht erreichen, so sagte er, er würde einen Schreiben für die Tagewartungsmannschaft hinterlassen, um es zu besuchen. Haartrockner hatte überall einige stickige Dinge über den Handgelenk. Viele der Einzelhandelsgebiete waren am Dienstag und Mittwoch nicht geöffnet. Ihr Wochenende. Typisches US-Stadthotel: die Attraktionen sind nahe (auf der französischen Straße); Parkwagen ist für Fahrerwagen zu zahlen; die Tür ist klein (Service ist in N); die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ alt (alte Kartenhotel)

Alles andere war gut, Parken war teuer. Aber das ist bei diesem Hotel kein Problem, aber das Parken ist in der ganzen Stadt teuer. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den französischsprachigen Raum.
