I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Als ich ins Zimmer kam, riechte der unvernehmliche Geruch des Urins die Luft. Ich suchte nach der Quelle und, während ich ins Bett kam, fand ich es. Es war die MATTRESS!!!!! Ich bitte um Platzierung in einem anderen Zimmer, das mit einer Entschuldigung begleitet wurde. Im anderen Raum riechte es weniger wie Urin. Aber, Ich habe den Schrank aufgehoben und bemerkte 2 DIESE, Ich meine DIESE, SOCKS, die seit wusste, wann!!!!! Das bedeutete, dass die Blätter nicht gereinigt wurden, auch!!!! Wir mussten gehen!!! Dies war eine Notausflugsfahrt und wir werden nie wieder hier gehen!

Nach einer Änderung der Pläne endeten wir mit einer extra Nacht in New Orleans, bevor wir ausfliegen, so dass wir uns entschieden, nahe am Flughafen zu bleiben, um den nächsten Tag einfacher zu machen. Wir nahmen den Flughafenbus 202, den wir vom Flughafen nach der Stadtzentrum 3 Tage früher genommen hatten, der uns auf Veterans Memorial Blvd ließ. Von dort war es 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Comfort Inn. Es gibt nicht viele Einrichtungen in der Nähe, aber das Hotel hat Snacks etc zum Verkauf, und ein gutes Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das TV hatte Netflix und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Wir genossen den Pool und entspannen uns an diesem Abend. Wenn Sie in diesem Hotel verblieben, wäre es sehr einfach, den Bus (202 oder E1) nach New Orleans zu besichtigen. Wir nahm den kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen am nächsten Tag. Das Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel und ist gut mit dem Stadt- und Flughafen mit Shuttle, Bus und Uber verbunden.

Ich blieb eine Nacht nach meiner ersten Buchung. Der Service blieb genauso ausgezeichnet. Ohhh bitten Sie auf dem Frontdesk um Hilfe mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen. Viel günstiger als Uber oder Aufzug.
