Nice hotel and amenities (pool and gym). Good breakfast options but overcrowded and difficult to get seat. It's a bit of a walk from the Metro, but walkable to the Museums.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

I was transiting in India for 24hrs by myself and I had the best time here. I did not leave the hotel because I relaxed at the hotel. I went and used the spa and it was so relaxing. I had lunch and dinner at The Southern spice restaurant and for both meals I was attended by Bala and Shafi who were so attentive, polite and wanting me to have the best experience. For dinner, I listened to Bala's suggestions for dinner options and it was worth it, he kept checking on my table and filling up any items. I would definitely stay here again, the staff are so polite and always wanting to help out.

Hotel is nice and gym/pool are ok. Breakfast is good. One let-down was that I had booked 2 rooms with one king-size bed. However, this was not available anymore so I was given 2 rooms with 2 small beds. No apologies from the hotel or options to adjust/upgrade. This was a let-down and not handled well.

The lobby ambience was pleasant with ample spaces. We have given a great hospitality upon our arrival and check in. I did enjoy the roof top bar as well as bar by lobby. The food was pleasant with mostly are Indian food. Pastries and few other western foods are also well prepared. Am sure will stay here in my next visit.

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.
