Nothing to complain about . All round excellence !! Convenient location and courteous staff really stand out. Ms Briget at the reception went out of her way to speed up check in formalities. Will stay there again.

My recent stay at Taj Club House was quite disappointing. The service was slow and lacked warmth — the overall atmosphere felt more like a funeral parlour than a hotel. No one greeted or acknowledged us throughout the stay, and there was a clear absence of hospitality. The phone in our room wasn’t working, so every small request required multiple follow-ups. The Wi-Fi connection was poor the entire time. Although I requested to speak with the duty manager, there was no meaningful response. On a positive note, Imran Khan at the reception was polite and efficient during check-in. Breakfast was decent, but the staff seemed rushed and distracted, focusing more on tasks than on guests. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that fell short of the standards expected from the Taj brand.

Als Teil der Hotelkette Taj war das Frühstück ziemlich komplett und gut. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Reserve, aber der sehr aufmerksam und besorgt über die Situation half, ihn schnell zu lösen. Das Zimmer könnte sich verbessern, etwas veraltet. Danke,

Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location is nice. Will definitely come back.

exceptional hotel.  good buffet.  nice location.  good amenities.  but sadly destroyed by their service attitude. There did not give us a flexibility for a communication gap.  Charged us when we checked out. 

Fantastic hotel with great value! Lovely hotel. Expansive . Updated . Trendy! It is only a year old and all the interiors are very well appointed. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are very nice with great amenities. The linen and the bath towels are all of good quality. The breakfast is extensive with SO many options for one & all. overall, a great Value for Money hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. NOT city centre though.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel its location is very good traffic will depends an the time you travel Early morning check out to airport like 8 am flight The hotel breakfast starts at 7 am no way u can have break fast for 8 to 9.30am flight as u keep at least 40 mins to an hour to travel to airport As for the rooms its all ok for me

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut, aber das Geschäft war sehr schlecht. Zum Hotel, frühen Check-In nicht verstehen lassen, die Rezeption fragt nach dem Preis, geht ins Restaurant um Frühstück zu kaufen, der Preis des Restaurants entspricht nicht dem Preis der Rezeption. Als ich auscheckte, wollte ich mit dem Auto des Hotels zum Flughafen fahren. Ich fragte an der Rezeption nach einem Preis. Ich fand es etwas teurer als Ola. Es war okay. Ich sagte, dass ich gut gegessen habe und bestellte es. Nachdem ich zurückkam, wechselte ich die Rezeption. Der Preis hat sich geändert. Es ist teurer als Ola. Verdoppelt. Early Check In, das Hotel fing an, streng zu fordern, dass man nicht früher einchecken kann, muss 14 Uhr sein, nach Kommunikation, hilflos verstehen, dann zum Mittagessen ausgehen, gegen 12 Uhr zurückkommen, festgestellt, dass das Hotel sogar noch ein Paar gab? weißes Paar einchecken, aber auch ein Handtuch und ein Begrüßungsgetränk bereitstellen. Das hatte ich beim Einchecken überhaupt nicht. Das obige zeigt, dass die Hotelleitung sehr unübersichtlich ist. Die Sicherheitsleute begrüßten sich mit Begeisterung. Das Frühstück ist nicht teuer, aber die Mahlzeiten sind durchschnittlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr leistungsstark, aber der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt, sehr laut im allgemeinen Erbe des Herrenhauses. Die hygienische Situation sieht nur schön aus, und wenn der Holzboden betreten wird, wird es bald dunkel. Es fliegen auch ein paar große Fliegen durch den Raum, hey, ein bisschen ekelhaft. Insgesamt ist der Preis nicht schlecht, dh die Rezeption ist sehr nervig, und die Gesundheitslage ist nicht mit Hardware ausgestattet.

We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good.

It’s been a wonderful experience for us the last 6 days especially breakfast spread is amazing our kids enjoyed a lot. Sky the 20th floor Roop top bar is amazing
