1. Es gab niemand, der uns bei der Ankunft greetet
2. Unsere Taschen waren unaufgemerkt und wir mussten sie in unser Zimmer selbst bringen.
3. Moskitos überall.
4. Wir mussten eine Moskito-Repellent beantragen. Das Hotelpersonal sollte aufmerksamer sein und sicherstellen, dass Zimmer mit wesentlichen Materialien gespeichert sind.
5. Das Essen, das wir für das Innengebäude bestellt hatten, war nicht einmal warm (vergiss das heiße Essen). Wir bestellten nur einige frische Fruchtfrüchte und einen Sandwich - nicht sicher, ob die frische Fruchtfrüchte vorbereitet und aus Frankreich versandt wurden 😂
Sie werden diesen Ort nie wieder wählen.
GGastnutzerNach acht Jahren zurückkehrte ich zu diesem Ort, und ich hoffte, dass ich die gleiche 5-Sterne-Erfahrung genieße, die ich einmal genossen habe. Leider ist es nicht ganz, was es war, und das Eigentum beginnt seine Altersstufe zu zeigen.
Auf positivem Hinweis waren die Mitarbeiter warm und freundlich überall von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurantteam. Ihr Professionalismus und Freundlichkeit waren ein Highlight des Aufenthalts.
Der Restaurantmanager Nazim war hilfreich.
Das Zimmer war jedoch enttäuschend. Als ich eintrat, gab es einen starken, musty Geruch. Als ich das auf das Frontdesk erwähnte, wurde mir gesagt, dass alle Zimmer diesen Geruch haben und dass es in etwa 10 Minuten verschwunden würde aber leider, es liege. Es scheint, dass Gäste einfach über die Zeit daran gewöhnt werden können. Nicht mich.. lol.
Das Colony Restaurant bot ein anständiges Frühstück, aber nicht so viel zu essen. Es fühlte sich überfüllt und krampft, und das Buffetmenü war nicht der größte, mit Nahrungsmittelqualität war nur durchschnittlich.
Die wichtigsten Stärken dieser Lage bleiben die bequeme Lage, freundliches Personal und ein umfangreiches Parken. Mit einigen Updates und Verbesserungen könnte es wieder auf seinen früheren Ruf leben.

Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages.
Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for!
Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him.
Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette.
Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day!
Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai!
We will surely return.
My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.
HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return.
Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted.
The second room had multiple functional problems:
* Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty.
* Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine.
* Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter.
Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols.
While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.
We had a nice stay there.
GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing.
The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

Jjp68Das ist nicht so großartig. Sie brauchen viel Verbesserung im Service und die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung, da die Wäscheschirme n Teppiche alt sehen. Es wird auch besser, wenn sie ein Zimmer frischer oder Kerzen mit Geruch verwenden, da das Zimmer keinen angenehmen Geruch hat. Insgesamt ist es nicht so groß für ein Premium-Hotel.
GGastnutzerIt was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.
