As this is a 5-star hotel, our expectations were quite high. The hotel has an excellent location, beautiful structure, very good cleanliness, and impressive amenities. However, there are a few areas where the overall guest experience could be improved: 1. Luggage service at check-in: Our luggage took more than an hour to reach the room. We had to call the reception twice before it was delivered. At a 5-star property, luggage assistance should ideally be prompt and proactive. 2. Toiletries: The room was prepared with toiletries for only one person, although our booking was for two guests. We received the additional set only after requesting it. 3. Swimming pool service: Towels and drinking water should be readily available or provided when guests arrive at the pool area. We had to request these items separately. 4. In-room dining payment: We were asked to make the payment immediately after the food was delivered, and the staff also took a picture of the payment confirmation. In my opinion, the charges should ideally be added to the room bill and settled conveniently at checkout, as is generally expected at a 5-star hotel. 5. Collection of used utensils: After finishing our meal, we kept the used utensils outside the room for collection. Unfortunately, they remained outside the door overnight and were still there the following day. This should have been noticed and cleared much sooner . Overall, the property itself is very good, but the service and attention to detail need improvement to truly match the standards and expectations associated with a 5-star hotel.

Ranchi doesn’t have too ***y top tier hotels. This hotel is actually underrated and for the price per night offers a really comfortable stay. I stayed for 1 night and found the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s located about 20 minutes from the airport. For anyone looking for a decent stay on a budget, this is a great option in Ranchi!

Es ist mein drittes Mal da und ich hatte immer einen sehr warmen und willkommenen Service. Letzte Mal habe ich auch einen Up-Grade und war sehr glücklich nach der Reise in Bihar und Jharkand.

Es gibt keine Mücken im Zimmer, das Frühstück ist ziemlich reichhaltig, der Service ist gut geschult, die Umgebung in der Halle ist sehr elegant und die Landschaft kann beim Essen gesehen werden, während man der Klavierbegleitung lauscht.

Ich blieb hier in der 1. Woche des Jan 2023. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Öleingang Indien und ist daher für Geschäftszwecke sehr strategisch platziert. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und in topzustand bis jetzt. Der Schwimmbad ist in sehr guter Zustand und so ist die Spielarkada. Bar und offene Luftsalon haben alle großen Whisky. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Erfahrung, dass dibrugarh-duliajn fehlte.

Es war eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Von der Haltung des Front-Desk/Rezeptions- bis zur Reinigung des Zimmers, der Zustand der Matratzen, schlecht gepflegten Kleider, Badausstattung, leckenden Flüssigkeit, fehlende Stühle. Und vieles mehr. Die Anfragen sind wiederholt Anzahl der Antworten. Das zugewiesene Zimmer hat keine Ähnlichkeit mit dem, was gezeigt wurde. Der Betrieb des Aufzugs (1970 Modell( ist etwas zu entscheiden. Die meisten Zeit wird der Aufzug in einem der Etage gehalten, weil jemand die Tür offen gelassen hat. Wir haben gute Übung, um uo und die Treppen. In einigen großen Teilen der Eigentum, Wartung/Renovierung ging mit viel Lärm und Staub. Nur positiv ist das Essen, das im Restaurant serviert wurde. Dies ist eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen, die ich bisher hatte, und ich werde eine Ungerechtigkeit tun, wenn ich empfiehlt diese Unterkunft an andere. Die Gebühren sind sehr hoch, wenn Sie sich die Einrichtungen ansehen.
