A bit run down but still comfortable and great location in Bekasi. Recommended for business travelers

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

Das ist immer mein fahren-to-hotel, wenn ich besuche. Viele Malls und Lebensmitteloptionen in der Nähe. Die Zimmer selbst sind gut gepflegt und in guter Zustand. Das TV hat Zugang zu grundlegenden kostenlosen Kanälen, aber nichts Prämien, so gibt es keine Premier League, etc.. Der einzige Fehler ist das heiße Wasser, wo das Wasser nicht heiß genug ist.

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

Große Erfahrung, hier eine Nacht zu haben. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett und die Onsen ist speziell. Tee Lebensmittel ist Vielfalt.

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.  Thank you for your hospitality. Kind Regards  Rina
