Communication with the hotel before arriving in Japan was nearly impossible. Once you are in Japan, if you use a local phone to call the hotel, they can provide information about where they can pick you up if you are traveling by bus. Apart from that, the service and facilities were excellent. The hotel provided a mobile phone that you could use to call them for pick-up at any time and from any location in the Nijigen no Mori area. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

It was great location and facilities as well as the staffs are amazing! The hotel location is perfect, I will go back again in future. Except that the room we were staying on a second booking it's 19th floor opposite elevator area and at night had some noises, loud bang, continuously and the staff informed us that it was a sound from heater system on the upper floor. The noise was loud enough to woke us up from a deep sleep. Staff on the night shift solved the issue by giving us new room just to sleep, few doors away. It was quite enough for us to fall asleep and walked back to our original room to shower and check out. and then in the morning we checked out, the staff was just making a straight face saying sorry about that. I do understand that the morning staff can't do anything else excavations saying sorry but that wasn't a Japanese service mind action I used to experience. Thank you to clerk. Watanabe for assisting me through the double booking and giving us a request we asked on the first day. Kobe port view was amazing, we loved it so much.

Im Allgemeinen ist es nicht perfekt, aber sehr gut! einem Frühstück mit Alkohol, Es ist toll, in der Schlafzimmer zu trinken! Es ist schwierig, eine Termine auf der LINE zu buchen, aber Ich bin froh, dass ich in meinem Zimmer warten kann, bis es meine Reihe ist! Die Landschaft am Meer ist sehr gut!!!

A very nostalgic and cosy place. The room is spacious and futon beds was comfortable. Only tried the breakfast which is simple and so so only.

Ausstattung: Ein traditionsreiches Hotel, das 1996 eröffnet wurde. An der Tür befindet sich noch immer ein traditioneller Schlüssel. Der Standort liegt direkt in der Thermalquellenstadt Arima und geht bergauf, bis Sie dort ankommen. Bitten Sie das Hotel, es nicht abzuholen und dort einzukaufen selbst. Umgebung: Die Lobby ist wunderschön, wenn man sie betritt (siehe Foto). Es war ein regnerischer Tag, als wir dort waren, und die Aussicht auf die Berge in Kombination mit dem leichten Regen und Nebel war atemberaubend. Der Raum verfügt über eine eigene heiße Quelle (eine echte heiße Quelle, die nur ohne Zugabe von Wasser erhitzt wird). Nach dem Einweichen müssen Sie die Mineralien nicht ausspülen (laut Anleitung an der Wand). ). Die goldene Quelle im Freien des Hotels hingegen muss nach dem Einweichen abgespült werden. Das Wasser ist wie der Gelbe Fluss (Eisenmineralien können Flecken verursachen). Für die anderen drei privaten heißen Quellen wird ein Aufpreis berechnet. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass es sich bei den privaten heißen Quellen lediglich um gewöhnliches Warmwasser und nicht um heiße Quellen handelt. Service: Der Service japanischer Thermalhotels ist immer gut, aber das Essen ist in dieser Preisklasse nicht überragend, es ist durchaus zufriedenstellend, die Fotos sehen gut aus und der Geschmack ist einfach so. Kobe-Rindfleisch-Teppanyaki wird in den Zimmern der gehobenen Klasse serviert, sodass diejenigen, die gutes Essen lieben, es probieren können.

General impression: This is a super decent house with an excellent view of the kinosaki village. You could feel the management put lots of efforts to maintain the best comfort of every guest and the whole team operated under warm & effective process. While we are having breakfast or dinner in the dining area, their staff make a very efficient turn to change our yukata, towels, bottles of water, making up mattress on our room.That impressed us so much! Onsen quality: The onsen inside the house is well managed and run until mid night. We can go outside with the free pass of public onsens, but we also enjoy ourselves in the in-house onsen because of more accessories provided there. You can feel the onsen owner care about guests more than the public onsens outside. Dining experience: We enjoyed the half board experience for 2 nights, especially the 2nd night with the tajima beef sukiyaki. The flavors & taste feed us well. Though breakfast is a bit simple, but we could make up some room in our stomach to enjoy snacks or ice-cream in the village. My friend & I would definitely give 5 star rating to Yamamotoya, and will recommend our friends to visit you again.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und bereit, mit jeder Anfrage zu helfen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und komfortabel während meines Aufenthalts. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel war absolut schön und machte die Erfahrung noch erinnerelicher. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet, mit einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. Insgesamt übersteigt alles meine Erwartungen, und ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt sucht.

Große Lage. Keine U-Bahn für Shibuya benötigt. Sauna ist ziemlich klein. Freier Ramen in der Nacht. So schmecklich.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, im modernen Western-Stil eingerichtet und bot eine fantastische Aussicht. Zum Frühstück gab es Champagner und French Toast, die hervorragend waren. In der Executive Lounge wurden hauptsächlich Getränke serviert, darunter eine große Auswahl an alkoholischen Getränken und ein sehr guter Service. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Arc'teryx-Geschäft, und das Kobe City Museum liegt gleich nebenan. Berühmte Geschäfte wie Daimaru und Issey Miyake sind in etwa drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die ehemalige Siedlung Kobe ist gesäumt von Boutiquen, und die Architektur und die Straßen sind sehr charmant. Es ist außerdem ruhiger als Sannomiya und eignet sich perfekt für entspannte Erkundungen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Kobe bin.
