Hotels mit Pool in Gloucestershire, Vereinigtes Königreich

Der Hotelservice war gut und die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit! Aus unbekannten Gründen wurde meine Buchung von Trip.com jedoch auf ticket.com umgebucht, was zu einer doppelten Belastung führte. Letztendlich halfen die Mitarbeiter, das Problem zu lösen.

Not worth the price. The place is stunning don’t get me wrong. However, it was a bit disappointing in terms of hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel room was a bit disgusting with a vape and used slippers under the bed with hairs in the bath upon arrival. Furthermore, no TV remote and any information of what to do in the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant but when you weigh the price of the hotel and the hospitality, I just don’t think £300 was worth the stay. Furthermore, the spa was rammed with children and parents so the size to person ratio was a bit much. Furthermore, restaurants are always booked up and it’s difficult to get a reservation unless you want to end up in the horsebox restaurant last minute. Bartender was rude when under pressure from the restaurant as I asked for a drinks menu, to which he pointed me to go and get the menu for it. So just ultimately a bit disappointing especially since a room is nearly half a grand.

Wir blieben hier für Badminton Pferde-Tests und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich von Anfang an zum Abschluss. Das Frühstück war schön und es gab eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Wir hatten dort jeden Abend Abendessen sowie das war schön. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher an andere empfehlen.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom can improve in particular splash from shower n wetting the floor. Staff overall very nice and polite. Waiting staff in Brasserie Joanne and Megan are particularly impressive in accommodating customer’s requests.

Decent room size. Dinner took a while to arrive but tasted nice. Breakfast was alright too but didn’t have any hash-browns. Pool was not that big but did allow children over the age of eight to go into the jacuzzi. Pool closed a bit early on Saturday that last entry at 7.15pm. Hotel was overall quite clean.

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa.  I just didn’t get to go  It looked inviting., there  are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around  Hotel to take a short walk .

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt. Besonders die Toilettenprodukte

1. Die Lage des Hotels ist besonders gut. In der Mitte von Chiping Kamden gibt es neben ihm einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und es ist sehr bequem, den Parkplatz zu parken. Aber während der Navigation muss man die Adresse beachten. Der Name eines anderen Hotels im Bereich ist der gleiche. 2. Am Tag, an dem ich ankam, informierte das Hotel vorläufig über ein Problem in meinem Zimmer, so dass ich mich in ein anderes, höheres Hotel außerhalb des Hauses wechselte, die Umgebung und die Einrichtungen waren wirklich besser.
