Otel gerçekten tüm taleplerimi karşıladı otele erken gitmeme rağmen yardımcı oldular resepsiyondaki görevli ve onun üst yetkilisi kahvaltı yemem konusunda beni mağdur etmediler ve kahvaltıdan faydalandım ertesi gün olan hakkımı bir gün önce kullandım yani,odalar tertemiz birinci kalite malzeme çok rahat konfor mükemmel bundan sonra Mağusada bu oteli kullanacağım teşekkürler

The hotel is clean, good location and big room. Not very beautiful. The water in the shower is not so hot. WiFi a little bit slow.

I had high expectations from this hotel and honestly I was a bit disappointed. We only had breakfast package, but food was not varied at all, every morning same things, very little fruit selection. I have stayed on a 4 star hotel prior to this and the food was much better and lots of fruits. Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music). Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony. The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach.

Sehr sauber Hotel.Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist auch sehr kindfreundlich, das für Familien großartig ist. Es gibt einen ausgezeichneten zyprischen Kaffee mit großer Meerblick. Das italienische Restaurant hat einige tolles Essen. Wir haben lange Wochenenden lang geleistet und planen bald wieder zurück.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Es war sauber und freundlich und ohne jegliche Nachteile :) Nahe dem Strand und nahe den Restaurants, März und Souvenir-Shops. Sie können die Einrichtungen des Nelia Hotel in der Nähe genießen, So können Sie das Fitnesscenter genießen und ich habe das Mittagessen Buffet verwendet und war zufrieden.

My Best Hotel Experience! Here are the things I loved: * The room was clean. * The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. * I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants. * The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe. * The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Tolles Hotel. Eine angenehme Überraschung waren die Polnischkenntnisse der Empfangsdame. Service auf höchstem Niveau. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. In der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strandes. Eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je war, 10/10!

It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good.
