Die Lage ist sehr günstig, direkt mit der überdachten Überführung des Bahnhofs Nagano verbunden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz für zwei große Gepäckstücke. Auch das Badezimmer ist groß. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und freundlich und half beim Schicken von Skiern zum Hotel in Tokio. Sehr zufrieden👍🏻 Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich Skifahren gehe

1. Parking - Parking is behind the hotel, and they will check your booking and give you a parking chit (駐車券). The person manning the parking situation doesn't inform you beforehand that you have to bring this chit to the lobby for check in. We left it on the dashboard as we thought it indicates that we can park here. If you're travelling with alot of baggage, it can get pretty inconvenient as you will have to walk one round around the hotel for accessible routes to avoid a flight of stairs. 2. Check in procedure - 三條-san was helping us with the check in. Did not feel welcomed, and everything just felt routined and mechanical. This was still acceptable. When it came to asking for the parking chit, we said we left it on the dashboard and whether we could return later to show it to him. We were really not informed that we had to bring it to the reception. 三條-san's face immediately showed a face of disgust and annoyance, and he mildly rolled his eyes too in displeasure. My partner immediately ran to the car to get it for him there and then. This was pretty shocking to me as I did not expect Japanese hospitality to be this rude and nobody mentioned to us to bring the chit to the reception. He could have been more patient and handled it more professionally. We were also unaware at the time of making a hotel reservation that you have to book a breakfast slot at the time of your check in. We checked in at around 7pm, and we were only left with the 6am or 6:30am breakfast slot. This felt very restrictive as everyone has different waking habits or plans for the next day (Felt like we were back in school). You were also restricted to 50 minutes duration at breakfast. Having to change my plan entirely just because of this restriction felt ridiculous. Would I get a refund of the cost of the breakfast if I can't make it for any of the breakfast timings? If this was made known at the point of the hotel reservation, I might have reconsidered as the slots for the more human timings seem to get snatched up really quickly. All in all, the check in progress was pleasant and 三條-san was a huge reason for it. I will recommend future visitors to avoid him if you see that there are other staff manning the reception desk. 3. The J floor rooms were lovely. Clean, decent size, filled with amenities and complimentary drinks even those in the fridge. The hotel room itself was lovely compared to what happened in the lobby. 4. Breakfast - Despite being left with the ridiculously early breakfast slots, breakfast spread was great. Wide range of food and if you get a window seat, you have a good view of the city.

Das Hotel übertroffen unsere Erwartungen. Rein modernes Zimmer, gedacht in Design & Provisionen. Zuerst haben wir auf dem Hotel geblieben, bietet neben einem Haartrockner eine Curling Eisen & Straighter! Liebte, wie sie auch ein Ladekabel liefern, sehr gedankenvolle Zimmerausstattung.  Das Personal sprach gut Englisch bei der Rezeption & Restaurant war preisgekrönt v. Bed war groß & komfortabel & Zimmer eine große Größe. Danke. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Karuizawa und werden hier nochmal bleiben!

Ich habe ein Standardzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten im 7. Stock gebucht. 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind erhalten 4,5-Fuß-Betten *2 Betten, Zustellbett *1 Bett, geräumiges Zimmer, es können problemlos 4 Taschen entfaltet werden, Schlafanzüge und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Verschiedene Cremeseifen vorhanden Der Blick auf die Stadt bietet Blick auf die Berge. Das Bett ist sauber, aber der Boden ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Es gibt ein wenig Staub. Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist nicht schwer zu finden. Sie können um 21 Uhr einchecken. Es ist sicher und ruhig vor dem Bahnhof. Gutes Servicepersonal, morgens fährt ein Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, man isst satt und lecker.

The hotel is brand new. The room is lovely and so spacious! The bed was huge and it was comfortable, we all slept well every night. Staff were courteous and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is also perfect, right on old karuizawa ginza street with many food and shopping options nearby during the day. The breakfast options were very limited and the food was the same every day, so I found it a challenge to feed my toddler. Basic food items like cereal and slice bread were not available. The fruit options were also limited and not the most child friendly e.g. pineapple, grapefruit and grapes. Also, the rooms are not made every day but you can request for the staff to clean and make the room. Overall we still had a great stay and hope to visit again soon.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We visited in early November 2025 during the autumn season, and the beautiful foliage added such a romantic touch to the surroundings. I loved the modern interior, the comfortable bed, and the overall room layout. The hotel looks incredibly romantic at night too, especially with the reflections on the pond. The outdoor onsen was a highlight. It felt serene at night, and the maple trees lit up in the evening made it absolutely scenic. The onsen is located in a separate building, so you do have to walk through the cold, but it wasn’t an issue as the hotel provides thicker robes. If I had to nitpick, the indoor slippers weren’t the most comfortable. We drove during our stay, so getting to nearby attractions was easy. There’s a large supermarket and a pharmacy about 5–10 minutes away, which was very convenient — we didn’t even need to visit any convenience stores. This hotel impressed me so much that it made me look up where else Hotel Indigo has branches in Japan!

房間清潔良好，房務部員工會在房客去晚間用膳時段送壼水入房間。 兩天懷石料理晚膳都不様，很有期待同新鮮感。歺廳員工非常有善，研習生英語很好又主動。非常欣賞歺廳員工服務，值得表揚！ 酒店大堂設計傳統優美，處處設有鮮花擺設，簡直如藝術品。 房間設計頗為陳舊，但保養尚算不錯。

Hierzu gehören selbst bedienen Alkohol, Eiscreme, Popcorn usw. - saubere Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen und kostenfreien Zahnbürsten, Rasen, Gesichtshandschuhe, Badesalze usw. - Smart Room Layout trotz der üblichen japanischen kleinen Größe - kostenlose Fahrradverleih, die wir jeden Tag nutzen - ausgezeichneter Kundenservice. Sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfreich Hält es für 100%, hier zu bleiben und in einem Herzschlag zurückzukommen.

Bezüglich der Reaktion an der Rezeption Erstens kam ich nachts an und die Atmosphäre und die Reaktion des Personals an der Rezeption waren nicht sehr gut. Beim Gepäck gab es keine Hilfe, sodass ich selbst den Wagen am Eingang benutzen musste. Über Annehmlichkeiten Das war sehr erfüllend. Im Raum neben dem Aufzug standen Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung, sodass ich alles mitbringen konnte, was ich brauchte. Eine Sache, die ich hervorheben möchte, ist die Holzzahnbürste. Ich war beeindruckt, wie angenehm es zu verwenden war und wie es sich in meinem Mund anfühlte, was es zu einem wunderbaren Produkt machte. Über das Zimmer Das Zimmer war groß, aber es wurde viel Platz verschwendet und es fühlte sich insgesamt sehr feucht an. Der Boden war mit Teppich ausgelegt, aber er war so feucht, dass ich mich ohne Hausschuhe unwohl fühlte. Das Bett war bequem, aber ich machte mir auch Sorgen wegen der Luftfeuchtigkeit. Über die Zimmerreinigung Diesmal blieb ich drei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte, aber das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und Badetücher, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Yukata usw. wurden vor der Tür zurückgelassen. Ich denke, sie können es für Sie reinigen, wenn Sie danach fragen. Über heiße Quellen Es gab eine heiße Quelle im 3. Stock und es war wunderbar. Es gab ein Innenbad und ein Außenbad, aber das Außenbad war besonders schön. Das gesamte Badezimmer war sauber, mit der Sekkisei-Serie ausgestattet und verfügte über jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten. Über den Wäscheservice Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Waschmittel wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und war einfach zu bedienen. Über Parkplatz Ich war sehr froh, dass es kostenlos verfügbar war. Es liegt 5 Autominuten vom Autobahnkreuz Nagano entfernt und ist meiner Meinung nach ein sehr praktischer Standort für diejenigen, die es als Basis nutzen und mit dem Auto anreisen.

Really beautiful resort, love the free rental Onsen it’s really nice, if you don’t need room cleaning service you can get 2000yen coupon for souvenir shop. It’s close to the outlet only 10mins driving distance. There is a 7 eleven close to the hotel but need to be aware that the convenience store will be closed at 2300.
