Zum ersten Mal in Südafrika. Ich reiste alleine. Das Tokyo liegt mitten in Kapstadts Innenstadt. Dadurch waren die meisten tollen Orte leicht zu erreichen – sogar zu Fuß. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal kümmerte sich umgehend um alle meine Anliegen. Leider war es zu kalt für den Pool, aber auf dem Dach war es herrlich. Das Fitnessstudio war auch praktisch – allerdings musste man keine neuen Gewichtsrekorde aufstellen. Alles in allem hatte ich eine tolle Zeit dort.

Schönes Hotel, man kann das Meer sehen, wenn man beim Ausgehen rechts abbiegt. Das Meer blickt auf den berühmten Tafelberg und der Nebel bedeckt das Meer am Morgen. Es ist wirklich wunderschön. Ich hoffe, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten.
Der Capetonian bietet einen Weltklasseservice in einem Hotel, das für das Stadtzentrum und die Meeresfront-Einrichtungen angemessen ist. Auf der Foreshoe in der Nähe des CTICC-Zentrums liegt es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Cape und dem Wasserfront mit ihren Einrichtungen und Attraktionen entfernt. Restaurants und Cafés aller Rahmen sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe verfügbar.
Neues Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich mit viel Obst, leckerem Brot und frisch zubereitetem Kaffee nach Wahl. Da das Hotel in einer belebten Straße mit Gastronomie liegt, wird es nachts lauter. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
Es liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Supermärkte und Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über strenge Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, sodass Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts sicher fühlen können. Alle Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, sodass Sie selbst kochen können. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es gab keinen Föhn. Ansonsten bin ich mit dem Zimmer zufrieden.

I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience.
Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing.
Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations.
Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant.
Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise.
Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition.
Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.
Schönes Hotel. Super Lage. Toller Ausblick. Wir haben hier ein paar Tage verbracht. Man erreicht die VA Embankment in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch; wir waren im 14. Stock und hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Umgebung.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ein Buffet mit allem, was man braucht.
Negativ: Das Wasser im Kühlschrank war ungenießbar. Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war durchschnittlich; gegen Aufpreis gibt es Alternativen.
Das Frühstückspaket ist 3 Sterne wert. Es besteht aus einem Gemüse-Käse-Sandwich, mehreren Brötchen, Eiern und Saft.
I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .
Aufgrund des Streiks musste ich zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel übernachten. Es war wundervoll. Der Service war sehr nett von den Damen an der Rezeption (besonders die mit den Dreadlocks). Leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen. Die Leute, die die Autos der Gäste parkten, waren immer freundlich, einladend und hilfsbereit. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Fitnesseinrichtungen waren mein Highlight.

It was great experience here in home suite hotels station house. The room was spacious and the mini kitchen was really helpful for me. In addition, the main entrance is face recognition automated gate hence it was really convenient.

I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free.
My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent.
The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it.
I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

馬馬高唔高Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Sie organisierten für uns auch ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tafelberg. Die Landschaft, die wir jeden Morgen beim Aufwachen sahen, war sehr angenehm. Wenn Sie alleine fahren, verfügt das Hotel über eine Tiefgarage und Sie müssen Parktage an der Rezeption erwerben. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Waschsalon. Nach dem Waschen hilft Ihnen der Laden, es ins Hotel zurückzubringen, was sehr praktisch ist!

JJoachim NierDas Pepperclub 5Sterne Hotel bietet alles was das Leben schöner macht.Gelegen in der Innenstadt,und Dank des kostenlosen Shuttle Busse schnell an der Waterfront.Super Service den ich täglich genutzt habe.Mein Luxus Studio machte meinen Aufenthalt sehr konfortabel.Leider war die große Terrasse unmöbeliert,und gegenüber eine Großbaustelle.Trotzdem mit direkten Blick zum beeindruckenden Lionshead und zum Signal Hill..Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden etwas in großer Auswahl.Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

HHoudezaiwu1987Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es liegt direkt neben dem farbenfrohen Haus. Es ist sehr praktisch, 2 Minuten dorthin zu laufen. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach. Die meisten Früchte sind Obstkonserven. Es ist nicht weit von der Long Street entfernt. Es gibt Pick n Pay im Umkreis 1-1,2 km zu Fuß. und Supermarkt Chequers.
AAnonymer BenutzerRoom: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable.
Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront
Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service)
Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee.
Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved.

Trotzdem ist durch den Shuttleservice die Lage auch in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung modern und sehr ausreichend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
