Lage: Perfekt als Mittelpunkt von Cameron. Einfach zugänglich Mall und Vielfalt an Lebensmitteln.
Dienst: Erstens gab der Eigentümer oder der Geschäftsführer eine falsche Lage. Zweitens war der Schlüssel auf der Postbox P1, aber auf dem Aufzug bei P2. Drittens, bei dem Aufzug B nur 1 Aufzug bekam, musste sehr lange warten, um nach Homestay zu gehen.
Reinigkeit: Keine Beschwerde.
Einrichtungen: Alles gut, da die Verwaltung bereitete Lebensmittel mit Kühlschrank, Kochen und elektrischer Herd. Das Fernseher ist nicht nur für die Einheimischen, sondern auch für die Indiener unbrauchbar, da nur 1 Kanal zugreifen kann, außer dass der Fernseher und der Room Fan Fehler entfernt. Der Balkon ist nicht wie zum Beispiel da.
Ich habe die Lage mit den umliegenden Unterhaltungsbereichen und Aussicht vom Balkon und Fenster geliebt.

So ein großes Zimmer zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte verbessert werden, da es einige Flecken an der Wand und Flecken auf Sofa, Bettlaken und Handtuch auf der Fußmatte gibt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und lecker 🫶🏽 Die Lage ist großartig, friedlich, in der Nähe von Geschäften, kann aber für Neulinge verwirrend sein. Es befindet sich in einem „toten“ Einkaufszentrum und die Lobby ist im 3. Stock. Ziemlich seltsam für ein 4-Sterne- und bekanntes Hotel. Das Parken im Untergeschoss ist kostenlos. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess verlief reibungslos. Sie verlangten eine Kaution von 100 RM, die aber nach dem Check-out zurückerstattet wird. Werde definitiv wiederkommen ❤️

AAnonymer NutzerHat sich in diesem Boutique-Hotel eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Es ist relativ neu und verabschiedet ein sehr interessantes Designkonzept. Sie haben nur 10 Zimmer, denke ich. Die Landschaft rund um das Hotel war wirklich nett. Die Lage dieses Ortes ist in Tanah Rata, so ist es nicht so viel wie Brinchang, auch es ist nicht so viel im Verkehrsbereich. Sie erhalten nur einen Park pro Zimmer. Es ist direkt am Ende der Straße, ziemlich verschlossen und sehr privat.
Es gibt niemand wartet während der Eincheckung, im Grunde, Sie schreiben eine Nummer und jemand kommt heraus, um Ihnen Schlüssel zu Ihrem Zimmer und um eine Frühstücksauswahl für den folgenden Morgen zu bitten. Alle Kommunikation wurde über die WhatsApp gemacht. Wir haben auch zusätzliche Handtücher und Shampoo gefragt, die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und großzügig.
Es war sehr sicher für meine Familie mit jungen Kindern, nur frei zu wandeln. In Bezug auf die Ausstattung gibt es keinen Schwimmbad oder Fitnessraum. Aber es gibt einen Ort, um bbq zu tun und in der gemeinsamen Umgebung zu sammeln. Sie geben Ihnen die Autogate-Schließung, wenn Sie ausfahren und spät in der Nacht zurückkommen, können Sie sich selbst in und die Gate-Schließung.
Am Morgen hören Sie sehr laut Vogel schütteln. Die Luft war sehr frisch! Aber wir wurden durch den lauten Geräusch von Gras aus der nächsten Tür, einige Regierungsbüros erwacht. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer neben der Tür und Sie können Abendgebete hören.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants, wo Sie keine Probleme bei der Einstellung Ihrer Mahlzeiten finden, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Main Street.
Nur ein paar Dinge zu beachten :
- Es gibt viele Treppen und wenn Sie Ältere in Ihrer Umgebung haben, ist es nicht sehr bequem, ins Zimmer zu kommen. Sie können natürlich um Erdgeschosszimmer bitten. Die Treppen funktionierten für meine Kinder jedoch sehr gut, sie genossen nur, so viel aufzu- und abzufahren!
- Wir haben höchste Zimmer reserviert. Der Toilette- und Badewanne liegt neben der Haupttür. Es ist offenes Konzept, das heißt, wenn Sie nachts duschen oder ins WC gehen, wird es kalt.
- Die Betten sind im oberen Stock, so dass Sie, wenn Sie das Badezimmer in der Mitte der Nacht brauchen, die Treppen runter gehen müssen.
- Das Bad und Dusche sind für junge Kinder oder ältere Menschen nicht so bequem.
- Das Frühstück kommt in sehr schönen tiffin-Boxen. Sie platzieren es außerhalb Ihrer Tür rund 8 plus. Jedoch konnte ich immer nicht ihre Lieferung in der Zeit, und die meisten Male ist das Essen ziemlich kalt schon.
Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt noch sehr genossen. Ich denke, es wäre sehr geeignet für junge Paare, und Gruppen von jungen Reisenden.

GGastnutzerThe rooms are spacious and comfortable, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to 5-star expectations. The separate toilet bowl and shower area, though unique, was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more practical to have everything together in one space.
Another issue was the water heater—it took a long time to get hot. In terms of amenities, It would be great if they added a kids’ playroom to improve the family-friendliness.
On the positive side, breakfast was just nice, parking was hassle-free, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which adds convenience to your stay.

AAlvinOngSchönes Hotel und großes Zimmer. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber die Auswahl ist begrenzt. Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die ich erwähnen möchte und die verbessert werden könnten.
Wir bekamen keine Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher, während wir darauf warteten, dass die Zimmer fertig waren. Als unsere Zimmer fertig waren, sahen wir, wie andere ihre Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher bekamen.
Am ersten Tag bestellten wir beim Frühstück ein American Classic und ein Highland Omelett. Wir wählten das Highland Omelett, weil es kein Rindfleisch enthielt. Meine Frau kann aus religiösen Gründen kein Rindfleisch essen. Uns wurden zwei Sets American Classic serviert, beide mit Rindfleisch.
Am zweiten Tag bestellte ich beim Frühstück wieder ein Highland Omelett. Diesmal sagte ich dem Kellner, dass es kein RINDFLEISCH gebe, und er sagte, dass das Highland Omelett kein Rindfleisch enthält. Dann kam ein weiteres American Classic mit Rindfleisch. Wenn sie kein Highland Omelett servieren, sollte es von der Speisekarte genommen werden, damit es nicht zu Missverständnissen kommt. Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich, dass wir nur ein Omelett und kein Rindfleisch wollten. An beiden Tagen gab es Rindfleisch.
Abgesehen von der Verwirrung im Frühstücksbereich. Alles andere ist perfekt.

Zimmertyp: Quadraple room for 2 adults 2 children. Kein Frühstück ya ... kann zum Essen gehen oder kann ”tapaw” in der Nähe und santai2 makan außerhalb der Lobbyzone. Kann nach unten gehen und ur Tee @ Kaffee kostenlos machen. Er hat eine ganze Stunde 11pm-7am. Allerdings können Sie überall gehen, wo Sie wollen. Geben Sie die Eingangschlüssel, falls Sie spät zurückkommen.

GGermaineLocation wise, the hotel is situated at the mouth of Ringlet. It is a good 30min drive to shops and eateries so unless you are prepared to brave 30min (or more on a busy day) on windy roads upwards (and another 30min back to hotel therafter), you may have to think twice. It was becos of this factor, our family of 5 decided to just spend the entire day in the hotel.
Food at the restaurant in the hotel was pretty decent. A Malaysian chicken curry rice will set you back RM60, so just to let you in on the prices.
The hotel is well kept and the rooms are generally clean. I booked the family room and am impressed by its size, cleanliness. Sheets are clean and room is well-made. Like the simple touches added by the hotel, eg, towels are lightly rose scented, essential oil candle lamps in the rooms. Mattress was really comfortable and the husband enjoyed a good night's rest. Our room came with breakfast the next morning. Breakfast is semi-buffet- pick a main from menu, whilst cheeses, muffins and variety of staples are free flow. A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice is complimentary - that was the best perk me up for me.
We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel washed the guests' cars. Our car was refreshed and ready for the roads again after a night at the Lakehouse.
Though the hotel wasn't my first choice initially but I might just wanna return again. Thank you Lakehouse for making a day's stay a memorable and comfortable one.

GGastnutzerThis was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. If you want to stay in a safe and friendly place, DO NOT BOOK HERE. The check-in time is 3:00 but we arrived after 4:00. However, the room we checked into still had the previous guest's towels and there were no new towels in the room. When we asked the receptionist for new towels, she told us they were in the laundry. We checked in after the check-in time, but there were no towels available, so we had to wait for them without being able to shower, which disrupted our schedule. Towels that were provided later were also in very poor condition. The water. The shower hose was terrible for taking a shower. I booked a Suite Room but the shower hose was barely producing any water so I ended up showering using a plastic bowl like the one pictured below. Who knew someone would take a horrible shower in a suite room? The water was hot for a bit, then cold, then hot again for a bit. It was the perfect way to catch a cold in Camerons rainy weather. The lights I couldn't turn off the light in my Suite Room. The light started to flicker and the switch was electrified when I turned it off to go to sleep at 2am. That is really dangerous. If I get electrocuted, who will be responsible? The reception desk was closed and the night staff came to the room, but there was nothing he could do about it. When I went to the reception desk the next day, the reception staff didn't even know what had happened the night before. I can't believe it. The suite room couldn't turn off the light and the switch was electrified. The last thing that was horrible was the reception staff. After all of this had happened, the receptionist was very blunt and I never heard any kind of apology for the inconvenience. She simply called another member of staff and asked me to move to another room, with no intention of explaining or apologising. I don't know why she has to work at the reception desk. This place needs to train its reception staff.
