I would never recommend this place. The staff were very sweet, friendly, and helpful — but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The room is extremely small. I expected it to be compact, but this was on another level. I have a large suitcase and literally couldn’t even unpack because there was no space at all. I had to keep everything inside my bag, which made it stressful and time-consuming to find anything. The curtains are basically just decorative — they don’t block the sunlight at all. My flight was late, so I checked in, ordered some food, and went to sleep around 2 a.m., but I woke up at 7 a.m. because the room was so bright. It was impossible to get proper rest. The hotel service is also quite poor. They only provide two small bottles of water for free, and that’s it. They bring tea and coffee as “complimentary,” but you have to buy your own water to actually make it, which makes no sense. The location is good, and there is a pool, but it’s very small and always crowded, so I couldn’t really use it. The gym was okay. Overall, this hotel is definitely overpriced. I’m glad I only stayed here for three nights. After that, I booked another hotel nearby, and it’s three times cheaper, but the room is twice as big and includes amenities like a microwave, a stove, and complimentary water. So no, guys!!! You can find a much better place for better prices, it might be 2-4 km away, but it is definitely worth it!!!

The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying. The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

Am ersten Abend hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt im Lobby, es war so laut, dass wir eine Änderung in den Zimmern gefragt. Das war glücklich untergebracht, aber auch das nächste Zimmer war laut (wenn auch nicht so viel) - Um das Hotel zu bekommen und zu verlassen, benötigen Sie Personal, das an der Rezeption sitzt, aber in der Nacht müssen Sie eine Uhr anrufen, die super laut ist und das ganze Hotel wachweckt - Einige Zimmer haben keine richtigen Fenster

Ein schönes neues Hotel in El Poblado. Ein kurzer Taxi aus der Verrücktheit, die Provence ist. Der 3. Stock ist fantastisch mit dem Hydrotherapiepool und der infrarotigen Sauna. Es gibt auch ein hörbares Zimmer und ein Yoga-Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren so aufmerksam und wirklich warm. Die Qualität des Griffs und gehen nicht alkoholische und alkoholische Getränke war hoch. - Eine tolle Kaffeemaschine. Sie haben es mit der Frühstücksoption nageln. 【良い点】 このホテルにはジム、サウナ、屋外プールがあります。いずれも宿泊者が自由に利用可能で、利用時には清掃が行き届いており、設備は動作していました。   チェックイン時や質問をした際に、フロントスタッフは英語で丁寧に対応してくれました。 【悪い点】 客室には歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリなどのアメニティが備え付けられていませんでした。用意されていたのは石鹸、シャンプー、シャワージェルのみでした。   部屋のWi-Fiは接続が不安定になることがあり、動画の視聴が途切れる場面がありました。フロント付近では問題なく利用できました。

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa. My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service. Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Das Hotel ist nicht ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber die Associaten sind! Die Klopfen, das Front Desk und das Frühstückspersonal sind alle großartig! Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe Santa Fe und Oviedo, der El Tesoro ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Pool wird nie verwendet wird es ist ein wenig unwohl oder nicht so private ich denke. Das Hotel könnte eine Renovierung nutzen, wie die Hallen. Gutes Budget Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Personal. Ich würde auch zurückgehen, weil es ein wenig von der ganzen Verrücktheit von Provence entfernt ist.
