Hotels mit Pool in Antioquia, Kolumbien

Muy bonito el hotel, la piscina es climatizada perfecta para la noche, la habitación muy linda, con todas las comodidades, el gym con lo necesario, y tiene una buena vista, muy recomendado, volvería sin dudarlo

Gute Lage, auch wenn es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Sie können sich bewegen, ist nahezu alles. Die Aussichten von der Terrassebar sind großartig. Als wir das Jacuzzi waren, war es ohne Service.

Es kann gesagt werden, dass es das beliebte Hotel in Kolumbien ist, dass die Zimmertür gebaut wird, aber es sind alle grüne Pflanzen, die Früchte sind sehr reich, die Kellner sind auch sehr geduldig, enthusiastisch, das nächste Mal, wenn Sie hier in Medellín kommen, ist es wieder wert.

Der Pool und das Frühstück waren ein großer Plus. Ich werde sicher noch einmal bleiben. Die Aussicht im Hotel am Abend ist erstaunlich.

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und hygienisches Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil: Das Hotel liegt an einem Hang, sodass Wanderungen dorthin recht anstrengend wären.

Sehr schönes Hotel aber ich brauche zusätzliche Tage, die mir nicht helfen diese Punkte

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Es gibt zwei Einkaufszentren, eine Apotheke, ein Starbucks und ein Restaurant in fußläufiger Entfernung, es gibt also viel zu unternehmen. Was das Hotel selbst betrifft, so ist das Personal sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und sehr aufmerksam. Zum Beispiel sorgte der Mitarbeiter, der uns das Frühstück zubereitete, Herr Juan Jose, dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Das Personal an der Rezeption, das Housekeeping ... was auch immer. Kurz gesagt: Dieses Hotel war für uns die beste Wahl und der Service war ausgezeichnet.
