The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Das Silver-Krieg-Is-Snow Hotel ist fünf Minuten vom Tierreich entfernt. Das Hotel hat einen speziellen Eingang und ist gesichtslos. Es gibt auch Kindergarten im Hotel, und Sie können auch kleine Fahrer spielen. Es gibt viele Frühstücksarten, die Menschen sind sehr viele Frau und Frau. Der Aufenthalt ist eine Selbsthilfe. Everything was great. I hope that hotel staff speak English. That would be great for foreigners like me. The ac did not work in the room. It only worked as a fan.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.

必須給這家八里溝民宿打五星好評!這次旅行最大的驚喜就是選了這家民宿，完全超出了預期～，民宿就在八里溝景區核心區域，出門坐大巴去哪個景區都很方便，推開窗就是滿眼綠意，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒的感覺太治癒了！整體設計完美融合了現代舒適和山野自然風，我們住的觀景房視野無敵，房間打掃得一塵不染。老闆和員工都特別熱情，提前一天就聯繫確認行程，到門口主動幫忙拎行李。他家的農家菜絕對是一大亮點!地鍋飯是現殺的雞，土雞湯鮮掉眉毛，現摘的野菜炒得清脆爽口，連簡單的山韭菜炒雞蛋都是新鮮現摘的，香得讓人停不下筷子。已經推薦給所有朋友，下次來八里溝絕對會再住這裏!性價比超高，閉眼沖不踩雷!
