I booked this hotel for my mother as she was traveling along. She told me the service was impeccable… they waited for her until she arrived which she arrived very late. They even had the kitchen open in case she was hungry and hungry she was …. They picked her up and dropped her off to the airport and took care of everything’s. She is elderly and truly she depended on the staff. Great service and the room was big and spacious for what she told me. There is a park next to the hotel with many restaurants n is near the airport.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

위치는 시내 중심가에서 도보 20분정도, 택시 10분정도 거리이나 시설, 청결도,서비스는 적극 추천할만함. 조식도 그런데로 먹을만했음..적극 추천함

Das Hotel ist gut, aber sie machen viele Tricks , wenn ich auschecke sie bezahlen mir 200 Bolivariano, weil sie sagten, ich habe ihren Kaffee und Wasser verwendet , in der Tat ist der instant Kaffee nicht auf dem Tisch gezeigt , zumindest niemand weiß, dass nicht kostenlos ! Und Wasser auf dem Tisch haben sie mir nicht gesagt, dass es zusätzliche Geld kosten ! Diese sind sehr schlechte Tricks ! Nicht guter Weg, um Servicekosten zu zahlen !

Нормальный отель уровня 3*, все достаточно чисто, цена соответствует качеству. В номере было все необходимое, места хватило, все работало. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все устраивает.
